I'm not sure as I haven't taken Amrit..but according to mee:

plz note: this is wat my life should be likee...you could replace something for your job to suit ur needs :)f

3:30 AM: shower, get ready etc

4:00 AM: Simran for half an hour and then panj bania

5:30 AM: do some physical activity

6:00 AM: breakfast

6:30 AM : review for school

7:00 AM : go to school

8: AM reach school

4:00 come back from school

4:15: have a snack

4:30 do your homework/review

5:30 have a glass or two of milk

6: physical activity

7: rehraas

7:30: physical activity

8:30 : dinner

9:00: review for school

9:25: glass or two of milk

9: 30: sohilla

9:40 simran

10:00: lights out :D

hmm if u cud do that wen u have taken amrit it wud be awesome if u didnt take amrit it still wud be :) as or me i dont have good chances of taking amrit but i will still follow this schedule after summer :)
