Also, do you have to do Anand Sahib AFTER EVERY Choupai Sahib or do you recite it after you've done as many Choupai Sahibs as you want, THEN do ONE Anand Sahib at the end?

@ Kaljugi you don't have to do anand sahib after reciting your 5 chaupai, or after anything else. but it's kirpa.

Any banis can be recited at any time; so yes anand sahib can be read at any time.
Only bani i have heard having a maryada on it is chandi di vaar
