Well for starters,
-They should declare these innocent protestors who were protesting - shaheed.
- They should give money and counselling to the family of those who were killed by punjab police.
- Secure all the video/picture evidences
- They should hire top notch lawyers of india to press charges against punjab police and drag them to court.
Rest is open to everyone's imagination - with huge annual revenue of SGPC. I am always amazed amount of problems in punjab. Every protestor in punjab should carry hidden cameras on their shirt always recording either via cell phone or stand alone camera. Make camera/pictures/videos speak the thousand words.
For sangat abroad- name each and every video which highlights injustice/human right abuses done by police in india - name titled- india tourism, travel india, incredible india and re-upload them on youtube with those hash tags(excellent idea by sarabhdapunjab veer member on ss)..we really need to be tech savvy here, lets manipulate search results on youtube reflecting recent abuses in punjab by punjab police.

Gurmat speaks to every Human consciousness, its full and complete answer to one's spiritual Journey. If human consciousness gets fully connected with Gurmat, its constant never ending flow, cycle of sargun and nirgun which folds from sargun to nirgun then unfold itself back from nirgun to sargun until one's consciousness becomes-
~~ Ek(One) Advait(Non dual) Sat(Truth) Chit( Supreme Consciousness) Anand Svaroop (Supreme Bliss) Vahiguroo ~~

They should also tell the Sikh protestors to use their hosh rather than josh when dealing with ravan sena, who are just waiting to give someone a hiding.
I mean what is the point of waving a barsha around in a senaks face, either do him or just dont wave it around. If you gonna give the police a reason to shoot you , you might as well take one of theirs with you.

So, I have a request for all of you who have cut their kesh and beards and have the name "Singh". I put my hands together and ask, 'Please, become my brothers'. And only become my brothers if you think I'm good. If you think I'm a low-life then don't at all become my brothers. If you call me good, then you'll have to keep your kesh and beards, give up liquor and if you call me a low-life, I'll be quiet and sit down and leave you alone.

Stop eating ladoo.
Maybe listen to his own Adesh only a few days ago and remember what he said in that adesh. He asked for 'unconditional release'. This has not yet been achieved, so why ladoo?
If he did the above it might be a result.
Realise that the Sikh Nation will stand with them and speak up for Sikhs.
Point out how Punjab was peaceful until police/bsf/shiv sena came out onto streets.
Make Bhai Balwant Singh Jathedar, as all Jathebandian have stated.

I keep hearing that we should support the Akal Takht Jathedar and if we do not support them that makes us anti-panthic/decisive.
The truth is that the whole panth is willing to support the Jathedar, the panth is willing to sacrifice their lives. However it is the silence of the Jathedar that is frustrating the panth. The Jathedar should be leading the Sikh Panth. A good leader is proactive not reactive.
By now the Jathedar should have declared the young protestors Shaheed and visited and provided support to the familes. Also the Jathedar should issue a statement in regards to the immediate arrest of the guilty individuals.
What hurts is that more than likely no action will be taken and in a few weeks time everybody will have forgotten about the Shaheed's and their families.

Statement from akal Takht Jathedar tribuneindia.com:
Amritsar, March 29
Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh today urged the people to maintain harmony and remain vigilant against “mischievous elements”. He asked the government to check communal forces.
Avtar Singh Makkar, SGPC chief, asked the Shiv Sena not to vitiate the peaceful atmosphere in the state. He said the March 28 bandh was not against any community. “Therefore, it is imperative for the Shiv Sainiks to exercise restraint and maintain calm.”
He urged the CM to order a probe into the events leading to the death of a youth in police firing in Gurdaspur.
Coming down heavily on the SAD-BJP government for “not disciplining the police force”, Dal Khalsa leaders HS Dhami and Kanwarpal Singh claimed that the police firing in Gurdaspur was “unprovoked”. — TNS
