Sadhsangat ji I wanted to ask which recording system for kirtan do you use?
I want to buy one for our smagam but I am not sure if i should buy a portable Audio Digital Recorder or one with whom I can record from the AMP

Our Smagam is comming very soon, so please suggest and share your expirience.

Oh this brings back memories! My dad use to take our cassette player with an in-built microphone and put it near the stage and press 'REC + PLAY' when the kirtan started. I was responsible for swapping the tape side after 45 minutes! :lol2:

These days I would think MP3 players with a mic function should suffice. Plus its all recorded onto hard disk / memory card so editing is easy.
