Could someone please explain this Shabad, in particular the last line. Presumably the ox is the person, but in what context does the last line apply to?

In a nutshell Gurbani is telling us to abandon paap vices since they will weigh us down in terms of our spirituality , hence our sukh in this and after lifes.
