  1. WJKK WJKF We have nine illustrated books depicting Sakhis of Guru Sahibs supported by Gurbani quotes. Three of these are also available in Gurmukhi so that kids can read them to improve Punjabi comprehension. In about a month we are releasing our first title for 3-8 year olds. This is not based on Sakhis but introduces them to Sikh virtues by relating to their everyday life. Some exciting new titles are also on the drawing board. We expect to add Please contact us at http://www.sikhcomics.com/pages/Contact-Us.html Thanks
  2. I received my copy from Akashdeep. Just started reading it and it looks interesting so far. Unfortunately the title of this post is a bit misleading. The book is not a graphic novel but just a novel with a small picture every few pages (14 in total). A graphic novel is supposed to be a story told in sequential art like in a comic book. Anyway, I will post more comments after I finish reading.
  3. This looks very exciting. We are also creating comics/graphic novels based on Sikh history. Just released our third title - The Battle of Saragarhi. The Last Stand of the 36th Sikh Regiment. http://www.sikhcomics.com I would be interested in speaking with you. There could be an opportunity to join forces and collaborate.

  8. for example at this link http://satguru.weebly.com/satguru-nanak-sahib-is-known-as-hassan-baba.html he has merely stated that Guru Nanak stayed in Greece for a few days and uttered seven shabads. Even though the title states that Guru sahib is known as hassan baba here, there is no mention of it in the text of the article and how the author reached this conclusion.
  9. I reviewed some of these links. The detail about these travels is sketchy and tough to prove the veracity of these claims. Does excite me much.... unfortunately.
