  1. Immeadeatly remove all of your files from the server, get and make all backups you can and find a new host. There are several reputable hosts I can recomend based on your needs. What kind of site is it, what kind of scripts to you run (if any), how much traffic do you get and anticipate and what is your budget?
  2. Why do you suspect it was the whole server which got compromised and not just you? Do you have access logs available to you? What has the current host said (have you tried to contact them)? If your current host is unresponsive you need to move to a new host, after doing a full security review of your own files.
  3. Remove it from your theme or use this: http://www.dailyblogtips.com/date-exclusion-wordpress-plugin/
  4. Update: Here is an easier way that will hopefully work for everyone - http://sikhnerd.com/nerd/windows-mobile-font-problem-a-better-solution/
  5. Ah that worked Some SShots at http://sikhnerd.com/junk/SGDVL/ One bug report: Trying to open Gurmukhi/Hindi keyboard does not work (SShot 7)
  6. Running SGDVlite on Linux now works, search works. However Gurbani Shows "boxes" [][]. Copying the fonts from ~/SGDVLite/fallback to usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.15/jre/lib/fonts/ failed to fix the issue. Any advice on this matter would be appreciated! Keep up the awesome work!

  10. Gur Fateh Ji Finally got around to testing lite version on linux (Debian 5.0) Installed fine, no errors using SGDVlite_unix.sh However it cannot pull up any results or display any bani. Shows connected to database, but gives a modal error "an error occurred while fetching results" A full dump is here: http://sikhnerd.com/junk/sgdvoutput.txt The relevant bit seems to be EDT violation detected javax.swing.JProgressBar[,165,4,300x18,invalid,alignmentX=0.0,alignmentY=0.0,border=javax.swing.border.EmptyBorder@1f31652,flags=8,maximumSize=,minimumSize=,preferredSize=,orientation=HORIZONTAL,paintBorder=true,paintString=true,progressString=Search Completed, indeterminateString=true] Hope this helps. I can probably run this in a debugger if needed.
  11. There is no gurbani search application available for symbian. Use adobe reader LE for symbian to view pdfs: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readerforsymbian.html
  12. I don't know about the rest of your post, but I can advise you regarding hosting. You do not need to get a dedicated server unless you have serious particular needs. Any basic shared hosting will be more than adequate for you.
