does anybody know why at hazur sahib they say Ardas differently...among the granthis at hazur sahib they say it the same but......just watch the video

Because it is puratan, not changed from the time Guru Gobind Singh left, not like these manmade jathas. The hajoor sahib maryada is the same as the nihang singh maryada, hence the singhs at hajoor sahib are also nihangs!!
