As i've not been able to listen to an Akhand Paath fully, i will like to everyday on my mp3. Whilst listening on mp3 i would to follow the translations on the computer.

Would this count the same as doing a Sehaj Paath, do i need to follow any rehat rules here.

We as a family done this. We the Paath was ongoing for 72 hours while taking turns to follow on the laptop. as the end we made degh and done Ardass. Its a great experience.
