Today I made a very heavy, easily avoidable and massively stupid error which will probably prove fatal to me. There is this girl at school who I want to be friends with. Shes smart and serious. I like her. Today a few individuals at school found out. By tomorrow probably she will know, but this thought just struck me; I am looking for a girlfriend when it's not allowed. What do I do? What do I say to her tomorrow and above all how do I repent in the Guru's eyes? Basically my peers managed to get this stupid thing out of me, I like her.

Luving or liking some is no harm....   Luving with purity is all u need.......

Note - Try doing whatever u can to avoid it.... but i must say when ur heart starts speaking in behalf of u... its very difficult to ignore it

@ Gurpreet - Who said it was love? It could easily be lust. And what is love in this day and age? I think many people confuse what is actually a base, animal attraction to a person's external features as love --- I don't class that as love at all.

Who said it was lust then......  It can he Luv ..... I dont know y people here talks about lust wen some1 just try to share some feeling that he feels for significant 1...

 

If a liking b/w boy n girl is termed as lust.... den... i must say... nobody in this world is away from this lust...

You have to ask yourselfthe question, are you happy with the feelings you have towards the other sex? The 5 demons are the reasons for lust, are you happy being moulded to follow these
sins, if you have convinced yourself Yes, then in a way you have picked your path, but from Guru jee's perspective lust is a no no

Lust is, is subjecting a certain view of what you view to be attractive, whether it be the way they look, their eyes there body frame and so on, so you are failing to see that
they are the Form of God. And indulging in any sin leads to humiliation in this life and the other, personally i find it heart breaking to see Sikhs with the
uniform of our Guru doing things which taint the Pureness of Sikhism, so when doing things remember one thing we are the ambassadors of our faith and what we
do reflects on our Gurus.
