You go there and the Panj Pyare just tell those who are taking Amrit again to stand aside and then you tell them what you've gone to pesh for and then they'll give you Amrit again

Have done kesi ishnaan, have 5 kakkars on and go to the sanchar. Then wait for maharajs roop to come (5 pyaarey) then they will most probablly start with calling peshi's, in which u go and tell 5 pyaarey everything u have done which was the reason for you going then u retake amrit, ardaas is done for ur maafi, 5 pyaarey will give a tankah ; a bani more for nitnem, or jorey (shoes) dee seva or langar panday (utensils) seva. For a certain time frame like 1 month etc

This is what they do, i know because when i was given Amrit at soho road, people who were retaking were called first.

Sat Sri Akal sangat I'm sorry this is not related to the question but I went to this gurdwara a while back and noticed a woman touching everyone's shoes it seemed as If she was repenting I heard it was to do with getting rid of a sin/sins anyone else shed any light on this thanks

There's a good explanation of this here, http://gianiamolaksinghji.com/?page_id=9 (about half way down), Johrian De Seva is pretty common to me as i grew up around this.
