Fourth Annual Health Fair on April, 27 2014 Bergen Indian Medical Association is having the Fourth Annual Health Fair on April, 27 2014 at the Garfield Senior Center, 480 Midland Avenue in Garfield, NJ from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM This is especially important for several members of our community who don't have Medical insurance. FREE Blood Work We have FREE Blood Work for Cholesterol, Kidney/ Liver function & PSA for men over 50 years old, Lead screenings for children Timings 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Blood Pressure, EKG, Spirometer, Height, Weight, BMI Timings 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We also have a lot of other activities planned that everyone can benefit from. We are offering volunteer hours for students in high school who would like to come & help. I do realize it is the Day after the Parade but I sincerely feel a lot of members can benefit from this.   Might delay Sikhs becoming a minority in Punjab for a few more years. Do these students actually study and work in a related field after their course or is it purely for immigration?

  Thanks for this. It combines the four approved sources (Guru Granth Sahib ji, Dasam Granth Sahib, Bhai Gurdas ji (both Vaar and Kabitt), and Bhai Nand Lal ji in one place. The English translation is the Sant Singh Khalsa and the Punjabi is the Principal Sahib Singh. These aren't that great, but at least they are better than some even worse ones floating around these days.
