With my boys I left their kesh loose until I could put into a ponytail then after they got a bit longer, which became a mini juda at the back until it was long enough i.e. so I didn't need to do a midi to make a top juda (that is so harsh pulling on their back hair section) . Buy the best quality organic raw coconut oil or top quality cold pressed olive oil if allergic to nuts don't use baby oil as it is mineral oil it will prevent the scalp and hair to operate natural fnctions and it causes itching. new oils i have tried Argan oil which is very light, good herbal action on hair making stronger and also smells beautiful expensive ?yes worth it? yes for Guru's kes only the best... tiana brand raw coconut oil with natural rose oil added is also brill but the boys teenagers feel it's a bit girly :biggrin2: ...little Isher Kaur Singhni in training loves both
