does amritvela change depending on what time the sunrises? sunrise these days is at 4 so does that mean amrit vela can be from 1-4? or is it still 3-6?

Amritvela starts 3rd pahir (if not mistaken). 3 hrs before sunrise. Amritvela best example is early AM programs at darbar sahib.

Best time is from 1am for at least 2.5 hrs. if u stay in that for the whole day, you'll be shocked at your frequency as compared to the mayadharis.
