Mata Sundri/Mata Jito were the same person I believe. Mata Sundri Ji was nicknamed Sundri due to her beauty. I think it was affectionately given to her by Mata Gujri Ji.

Then how can Guru Sahibaan's have multiple wives & teach Sikhs to have only one !

(The fact is that not that one is trying to question the Gurus, its the dubious things attributed to our Gurus that are questioned. You mention Guru Har Rai marrying 7 sisters which is mentioned in a few fairly recent books like the Suraj Parkash Granth (1843) and some sampardas like Taksal. But fact is that many even older books mention only 1 marriage: Mahima Parkash, Kav Sondh, Bhatt Vahi (all 18th century works) etc. The story made prevalent that Guru Har Rai married 7 sisters as a child is beyond doubt fake and concocted later on.)

Mata Sundri's parents: Bhai Ram Saran (caste: Kumarav Khatri), birth at Hoshiarpur

Mata Jito's parents: Bhai Harjas (caste: Subhikhi Khatri), birth at Lahore

Yes , historically it is correct . Gur Sahib married Mata Sundri after demise of Mata jito ji .
