VAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA, VAHEGURU JI KI FATEH

Traditional common history states that Bhai Mani Singh compiled Dasam Granth Sahib from all of the Banis authored by Guru Sahib.

However, this website seems to provide evidence that Dasam Patshah had himself composed it and a Bir from 1698 is provided as backing to that statement:
