Why So Much False Information About Sikhi?

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Recently I was seeing something related to Sikhi, just to see what many people actually thought, and I noticed a lot of false information about Sikhs in general, (especially some of whom called themselves Sikhs), a lot of it had to do with Hinduism surprisingly. Why is education for Sikhi this awful? (Do the Pracharks in India not do anything?) Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

Examples?

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Look-up any article by a Hindu elitist or a lost Sikh about Sant Jarnail Singh Bhinderwale Ji, and you'd easily realize the bias of false information. (Not a normal Hindu, and hopefully Guru Sahib can overlook the Sikh person's mistake) Many Sikhs believe all religions are equal, (Mistakes from equality of humanity for humanity of religions); some Sikhs believe in the fact that all Sikhi is about is being nice, (which is still an important trait), and that simply being nice will help you. Some of them believe Amrit Vela is unnecessary and useless; while others don't know the benefits of Naam Jaapna. And finally, we have the idea that the 15 BHAGATS were Hindus and Muslims, despite them not doing anything related of the sort. (Bhagat Ramanand and Bhagat Jaidev for example never claimed his caste was superior to others and promoted equality, while Bhagat Farid didn't go and follow the pilgrimage to Mecca, and Bhagat Sadhna became Anti-Halal because Halal didn't have Daya). Basically it's a whole group of things, and sometimes these things are preached by the pracharks, Vaheguru forgive them (Bhul Chul Maaf for if I said anything wrong). Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

It is quite complex to highlight those occasionally subtle differences without becoming lost in semantics. I just think it's a culture of laziness at times. Some of it might also be mischief making in order to undermine Sikhi. Ultimately, it's the job of Sikhs to get that information out there and ensure it's accurate and verifiable, because if we don't do that, then others with agendas will come along.

There was this really daft ignorant liberal girl who made this picture of guru nanak dev ji with the status caption "before becoming hindu, muslim sikh become human first" and attributed it to guru ji. When in actual fact there is no such quote from Guru ji and the word 'sikh' would have been used in that context anyways because Guru J's followers were known as Sikhs after him and he didnt use that word himself.
