Plz don't go against me for the heading of this post Actually somebody signed the SikhMap at my site click here to see it Click on the list option and it's the 1st entry In comments he said " Raj Kare Ga Khalsa Baki Rahe Na Koi I think it's wrong. I think it's aaki or like that(correct me if i'm wrong) Surely Sikhi doesn't say"Baki rahe na koi" I think many of us still don't know what we speak. look how wrong impression it goes to everybody when we say this everyday in Gurdwara and people misunderstand it Now what should i do................ 1)should i leave it as such 2) correct it with right word which I think is aaki but certainly not baki 3) mail that person …

There is an alarming rise in hindu girls marrying into SIkh families what is most alarming is these boys are converting first the reason for this is intelligence that Shakas in the UK have realised the war on SIkhs using divide and rule against muslims has fizzled out and this is their final strategy to bring as many of us into the fold as possible Now ask yourselves how many of you know a Sikh boy who has married a hindu recently you may surprise yourselves Awareness people awareness

Me and my husband have been trying to be blessed with a child for the past two years without any luck. Here's some background info: We got married in India in January of 2010. I found out I was pregnant on march of 2011 when I went to visit him and for his interview. Our flight was in April I was 7 weeks at that time and I had a Miscarriage on the plane two hours before landing in Seattle. And no luck since then. i have seen young boys with khanda tatoos. i have seen elderly women with gurbani tatoos on hands arms etc. i know this is disrespect to gurbani. having ikonkar on hands, the hands are used in all sorts of activities. gurbani and sikh symbols are being disrespected. people should be given an oppurtunity to remove gurbani and sikh symbols from body. if they deny there body part were the tatoo is should be removed by the sword. and yes u can get tatoos removed by a special treatment. when all modes of redressing a wrong have failed it is just and poius to raise the sword. Sri guru gobind singh ji.

Has anyone stayed at the Sri Guru Gobind Singh N.R.I. Yatri Niwas in Amritsar? Is it easy to get a room or is it like the usual SGPC run Niwas where they put all the half decent rooms out of bounds for ordinary people so that Akali Dal (Badal) workers can use them? Also who is the UK contact for this Niwas, was the project undertaken by the same Trust who did the project at Hazur Sahib? Thanks in advance.

Everyone seems to concentrate on Sikhs marrying muslims/grooming and rightfully so. But is there not a large problem also of Sikhs marrying blacks and whites? Which has gone under the radar. I recently noticed so many sikh mix race marriages and relationships. I have seen 4 Sikh women married goreh and 3 sikh women married/relationship to black guys and that is just ones I have seen recentley. Dont know what the exact figure is. A few of these cases are from west london sides. The black guys looked like typical yobs you would see on the street corners not sure what they see in these people.

Osho - Philosophy is a game for people who are not thirsty. Religion is the journey of those who are thirsty. Therefore philosophy plays with words; not so religion. Religion takes cognizance of the hints the words give and follows them. When the quest is for the lake, what can the word lake do? When the search is for life, the word life alone sounds hollow. Let us understand a little about a profound question facing the philosopher. A tourist comes to India and he is given a map of India. What is the relationship between India and the map? If the map is the same as India then it must be as vast. If it is exactly like India, it would be useless, because you couldn't carr…

After waiting ages to take a DNA test, I finally got around to it recently. The results were, for the most part, what I expected. Here's my estimate: Asia - 85.4% South Asian - 79.9% West Asian (Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Caucasus, Turkey) - 4.3% Central Asian (Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazahkstan) - 1.4% Europe - 14.6% North and West Europe Irish, Scottish, and Welsh - 11.6% Scandinavian - 3.0% Even though these are only estimates, they give an idea of my ethnicity in a broad sense. Nonetheless 14.6% is still considered a fairly large proportion in an estimate, and in all honesty was completely …
