Taking into account the High Court's notice to CBI over Singh's petition seeking to record his version through video-conferencing from America, the court asked the agency to file its report under Section 173 CrPC (investigation report) on March 12. The court had on December 18 ordered CBI to reinvestigate the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case…

'84 riots: Sikh body to move international court Indo-Asian News Service New Delhi, August 20 A Sikh body on Thursday said it planned to move the International Court of Justice "to seek justice" for the 1984 riots in which thousands of members of the community were killed. http://publication.samachar.com/pub_articl...ww.samachar.com NEW DELHI: A US-based witness in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case, involving former Union Minister and Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, on Friday moved the Delhi High Court seeking direction to the CBI that his statement be recorded in an American court. California-based Jasbir Singh, a witness who was earlier declared non-traceable by the CBI, filed the petition through his son seeking quashing of a notice issued by the investigating agency asking him to come to the country and give his statement in the matter. http://www.ibnlive.com/news/84-witness-why...ld/53297-3.html New Delhi: This is what an eyewitness to the the massacre of Sikhs in 1984 riots, Jasbir Singh had to say after CNN-IBN traced him: "When CNN-IBN could trace me, why couldn't the CBI?" And that's a question that not only he, but all the other victims of the massacre are also asking as they are all hoping that Jasbir's testimony will hold Congress leader, Jagdish Tytler accountable for the death of their loved ones. However, the CBI says it has not been able to trace him in the last 23 years and therefore there is no evidence against Tytler. "No man called Jasbir exists and 21 commissions have let me off," …

Actually most fo the time, what has been published is how he's been excommunicated, and his newspapers is allegedly anti-panthic, anti-sikh, pro kala and what not. Not once has - 1- One Single anti-sikh/panthic comment made by the editor been provided- 2- Any other proof that what goes on in the mag is anti-sikh anti panthic etc. For some reason this wouldn't surprise me, considering him actually considering excommunicating or summoning prabhsharandeep singh who questened the jathedar in the US. I do not have any contact or relation with the spokesman..I do not know what tyhey publish, and I have never read a single article from it, but considering the huge amount o…
