  1. So just because I made a topic about fighting Islamic extremism. You think that means bricking it? At least I am encouraging people to fight extreemist wherever it may be for the goodness and propensity of human kind all over the world. No matter faith they belong to. Bricking it is when you sit on your backside and do nothing. I dont want to have to make islam topics. Its not something I enjoy to be honest. I dont really have any interest in the religion of Islam. But due to their wickedness I think we should all do our bit to combat its growth and not sit idle and wait for it to take over. Ie its down to the intelligent people to expose islam it and save the idots that convert to it. Obviously people like you who have no solutions to the problem and are not capable as me to confront things. You will obviously have a negative frame of mind and feel helpless.

  3. not just hate crime videos even videos by gorey praising sikh gurdwarey and langar , they especially get triggered by gorey expressing the sentiment that sikhi is truly the religion of peace and brotherhood . The other thing is their stepping in to say thank you and redirect it to generic India or Indians ...so desperate to claim everything good that others do ... whilst sitting on their own hands .

Its actually the photo of the man going down on one knee for a Woman of all things in the presence of harmandir sahib he decides to go down on one knee for a woman. He ain't a man he's a Salwar. People go to harmandir sahib to go onto there're knees before guru ji while this man turned up at harmandir sahib to go down on his knees for a pathetic janani. Would sant ji bhindranwale have allowed that pathetic man to do that? Certainly not

  5. Unfortunately western values have sheared away from the original family-centric and community based model so it is not surprising that you did hear the selfish minded comments you did . Yoga buffs may just do it for the feel goods not necessarily for an internal transformative experience . Glad to hear that you think on a deeper level and see helping a youngster as an important sewa , it is , what could be as impactful as helping a person get their footing and ensuring her descendents having a good role model ?   8. One step at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself by mentally cycling through the cacophony of problems in your life and making yourself feel hopelessly helpless. Firstly, tackle the short-term issues over which you can exert your full control, namely your weight AND simultaneously introduce a gentle routine of centring yourself either through a light routine of prayer or meditation. The weight gain is an unnecessary burden you've placed on yourself albeit one that is quite easy to succumb to when we're wallowing in the blues. Increase your water intake; construct a daily routine that isn't unfeasible to adhere to at first, and generally be positive. Nothing or nobody is going to take away your pain on your behalf. There is no magic spell that will heal you overnight. But through the accumulation of concerted positive acts over the course of weeks and months, the darkness will begin to subside. Honestly, get rid of the weight, bro. It's totally nonsensical to labour under such an unnecessary physical and mental burden. Once you've eliminated that particular issue, then you can focus on the deeper long-term problems. By then you'll have developed at least a vague sense of satisfaction and pride at having instigated and overcome one moderately major issue that was getting you down. Make the most of the remaining warm weather and sweat out your "demons!"
