  1. GANDH, you sound like a crazed lunatic on pang. So just because I praised Sikhs as being the best most respected migrants to the uk. You equate that to being a slave of gorehm? Your obviously on crack cocain. Would you rather we were hated by the british goreh. At the moment we Sikhs are in a strong position. We are admired respected. The goreh even know about what Sikhs did in the world wars. We can spread our faith in peace. There is no anti sikh feeling. We can use our well liked status to our advantage. We can show goreh that we are the true religion of peace and tolerance. Sikhs have no issues with practcing our faith. Jeez bache like you will understand one day what I am talking about

  4. Are Sikhs and hindus the UK's best migrant community? Out of all the people that came to the uk over years throughout history. Are there any better then us. Ie think about all the migrant communities. Polish, Irish, Blacks carribean, black african, Europeans, Muslims, Middle eastern, Chinese, Jews, Porkistanis, bangladeshi, and others. Out of all these different nationalities, religions and communities. Sikhs and Hindus stand out as being the best. We have successfully integrated to the british way of life. You never hear of conflicts between us and whites like muslims are always having. We are highly educated and successfull. We have a great relationship with the white people who respect us. Many can now distinguish us from muslims and praise us as being law abiding and respectful community.

  6. I work in retail too. it's not as easy as people think its hard work and requires good multi-tasking skills. Typically our people in England have top jobs like account, Finance Consultant, Lawyer, IT consultant. etc and it all adds to this so-called status which you get judged on. If your not a white-collar worker working in an office then they look down at you, I get that at times when relatives ask me what I do. My job does not mean I am not educated as they may think. I have 2:1 bsc hons degree in computing, Prince 2 project management certification etc . yeah in an ideal world I would be working as IT consultant/Project manager for top blue chip company earning a yearly salary of £35000-40000 per year (the ideal Punjabi lad) lol but instead I work a grind for £8.20 an hour.(that's with a pay rise for my hard work) lol, I did have an IT support job back in 2009 as part of my placement year for my degree which went horribly wrong. I have also done some IT support work back in 2013 which again I did not enjoy and was not given much work to do. I have had tons of job interviews for IT consultancy roles, banking jobs etc some went well while others were not so good. The whole job search after graduations has been soul destroying. But none the less I remain positive, I am doing a teaching course and hopefully, I can become a teacher early next year. Job title is the 1st question potential in-laws will ask in our community if you earn less then your partner then everyone will be quick to point out that your living off your wife and eating her money which in most cases is not true. In today's world is not uncommon for the wife to be earning more than her husband. In sum don't let your job measure your success, their is much more to life then work, career etc.

  7. I'm a Punjabi man and I don't drink, smoke, go clubbing, talk to women at clubs. Just because your family is messy doesn't mean every Punjabi family is like that. Perhaps you should take your family for counselling or something

  9. This post is CRINGE, & you're CRINGE. It's like comparing Biharis / UPs and other dirty 3rd world scum that are invading Panjab, which ones are the most integrated in Panjab. I'm not defending the british, they feel the same way about you and the rest. So saying, oh golly , are we are the best immigrants in UK??. Guess what clown, Panjab will be majority Hindoo in 2030, thanks to the filthy bhojpuri invaders, and I'll only be 35 by that point, that's distressing. Because Panjab doesn't have state rights like Himachal / Kashmir , we can't stop outsiders from buying up Panjab. This is exactly like what the brits are feeling. Not that I like those pasty pig skins but I feel what they're feeling, they don't care if you're better or worst than the other invaders, they only care that you're not one of them.

  10. Yes for sure. If we can avoid negative people, the better, for otherwise we may enter the turbulance zone of negativity and get affected. So yes, darkness, bitterness, hatred, anger, swearing .... are all forms of negativity, which should be avoided at all cost. As it is said, prevention is always better, than to get hurt and then get cured.

  12. First of all I feel for you. Arranged marriages are a complete lottery. You dont know who your going to end up with untill you get married. You need to be a man and sort the wife out. It might sound harsh. But women can be a bit agressive and confrontational. As they know you cannot hit them. This is their nature. Not all of them are like this. You get some really nice ones. But as I said its pot luck. Sometimes they need to know there boundaries and put in their place. If it still does not work. She sounds like one of those bad ones. That just cares about herself and wants to dominate you. Through making you feel guilty. She is showing pass agressive traits which alot of women do. Maybe its time to end the marriage before you have kids and it really gets messy.
