  1. A simple question but say compared to other religions where there is just one main 'prophet' Why were there 10 Gurus in 'human' form? Why so many?

  2. Totally agree, bro. It's the mauj (the marzi, or own desire or will) of God. We are simply to bow our heads before Him. Dhan Waheguru.

  3. It was a simple question. I think you need to rethink your liberal use of ‘atheist’ where did I refuse to recognise and accept the Gurus and Gurbani - tell me?

  4. The main reason for the 10 Gurus in human form, is because of such was the unquestionable Mauj of Waheguru. So if, such was His hukum to happen so, who are we raise any question? Nobody has never ever and nobody can never ever slightly even imagine the wisdom and perfection in each and every angle of His hukum.

  5. That's not necessarily the case. If you have a strong Punjabi base, you read Punjabi literature in addition to Gurbani, you read Punjabi non-fiction like books and newspapers, watch Punjabi-language news and you listen to katha, I don't think you need to watch Punjabi movies. However, if you do none of those things, then Punjabi movies are a good starting-off point.

  8. Why is the comparison wrong? I am not asking this question as atheist, I am just wondering if there was any reason we had so many Gurus?

  9. This makes Sikhi very powerful. Other religions couldn’t make it this far. Prophet Muhammad had 4 successors (Caliphs). Jesus had 13 main followers. Hindus have the Trimurti. All the Gurus had the Jot of Guru Nanak Dev Jee.
