  1. It's Little Punjab. Will your spirit withstand the eventual crushing realisation that you've surrounded yourself with morons? Wealthy, upwardly mobile, and a few other "pleasing" surface accoutrements, but morons nonetheless.

  2. I don't think your getting the point. Yes all that went on and the Sikh raj wasnt perfect had many faults and many traitorous opportunistic people were waiting to weaken and collapse it. But for us Sikhs it was ours, we were not enslaved by invaders and outsiders we were not suffering from problems that the panth is suffering today. We were on a upwards trajectory by spreading Sikh rule on lands that hadnt seen non-muslim rule for hundreds of years. And why did it collapse? Because of the greed people who we see similarly in charge of punjab and the panth today. The so called leaders are the very ones who are living comfortably who aided the british to come in impose their rule install their anglo-saxon christo-judaic software to control our lands and people. It is greed and money that is root of all evil, the people betrayed their own faith and people for their own self interests. Sikhi was started not just a philosophical faith to combat social ills of society but also the financial inequality and racism/castism people were suffering under the people with power. We similarly saw how emperor's of the past ruthlessly massacred people who stood in their way or opposed their injustice and today similarly the same mentality exists in people with power. if you oppose their unjust rule, even peacefully protest you get gunned down and genocided eventually. If i was a sikh ruler and I wanted to implement a society based on Sikhi I would have to do away with all legacy british empire made laws and change the economy of the nation that actually worked for the benefit of the people. This is why so many people flocked to Sikhi under the guru's than stay trapped under the rule of hindu hill raja kingdoms or muslim invaders. Today It's the anglo-saxon judicial legacy capitalist international banking system that is enemies of peoples of oppressed people everywhere. Those guardians of that system come in many form including our own so called Sikhs who uphold that system instead of upholding Sikh centric system.

  3. Ghokal Chand Narang writes: The founder of the Bhangi Misl, Chajja Singh, lived in a village near Amritsar. Chajja Singh took Khandey di pauhal from Banda Singh Bhadur. Now, if Banda Singh hadn’t taken Amrit himself, how could he been in the Panj pyare, to give Amrit? Chajja Singh was a mighty warrior! There are some adulterations to this Granth. The British adulterated the Sau Sakhi, in order to break the Khalsa spirit. The biggest bench mark that we have, is SGGS. Any historical event that does not conform to Gurbani, is contentious!

  5. Fateh, It's that time again where I bang on about how to treat your kids! Why? Me and my sis have been brought up in children / mother toxic relationship. My sis n ma have extreme little communication with one another. When my sis is in trouble she may tell dad but NEVER to Ma. If your kids are aged 5-16 you should show them encouragement and support in wha they're doing. If they did something great express it. If they're wrong or feel like failures encourage them, give em hope. YES u can be strict. YES u can be stern. But if u fail to show support to your kids and make them feel worthless you will regret it! Our Ma made us feel worthless when we were kids. She never showed ANY sign of appreciation nor encouragement. We could win awards, do seva, score high marks was always "That's not good, where is that gonna get u in life? So then what?" And when speaking of other people's kids "That girl is so intelligent! That son is sooo highly educated! WOW so n so won 3rd place in mopping the floor, U watch! He'll be a manager..." am sure u get the idea. ALL OUR LIVES IT'S BEEN LIKE THIS! Degrading and lectures on our failures. Unforgettable moments; 2004 our pet rabbit died one morning. Ma screamed at my sis for not able to contact Rspca and called her a failure (no internet in our home at d time). We were then forced to eat rotia (was lunch time) whilst she stood next to us, shouting. Early 2000, mum purchased A movie through cable n paid once. However, end of movie the movie looped, Ma changed channel n started screaming as we didn't know movie was in a loop... 15 mins of shouting and letting us know our worth, she put it back on the channel but nothing was there. (Movie loops only for about 15 sec before screen saying pay n watch) but she didn't wait. 2016, on 2 occassions she told me to shave my beard as short is nice (basically look good for society than Guru Ji). All other times would be obnoxious behaviour. As for dad? He was never there for me and my sis. So no picnic, no going to the park, no family outing. Only time was when sum pindu's wedding came around then we would get up at 5am morning on a Sunday to go attend. SO AM WARNING YOU! If u want your son to get left behind or daughter to turn out where she only cares for herself, is living 99% like a hermit, extremely quickly gets agitated, overthinks DO NOT be toxic towards your kids. My sis bared so much brunt of Ma's toxicity. She has 0 interest in relations, 0 interest in life only doing Baania keeps her great. Dad was not there so her food n spending habits are not brilliant. She has extreme akar. She did not even attend my wedding in India as her diet would not allow it! (Kachi sabjia that too home made only) a brainwashed health freak, basically. But it's not her fault... PARENTS DID NOT TRY! For more info google mum daughter or even toxic parents should anyone need more info.

  7. Just had a question regarding this specific passage within Suraj Parkash regarding Banda Singh. Now I know we have to read Suraj Parkash with a pinch of salt, however take note of the fact that Kavi Santokh Singh noted that they placed 3 things before Banda Singh Bahadur. First he was to wear the blue bana, consume meat, and then alcohol. My main concern is regarding the alcohol bit. If anyone could try to explain the importance of this, or try to explain why the Singhs offered alcohol. Please let me know.

  8. The word "ਮਦ" means intoxicant. It can be taken as alcohol in some instances but in the context of the above it is refering to intoxicants ie bhang/sukh nidhaan which the Dal Panth has and does consume even today. The three stipulations are all part and parcel of the Dal Panth - jhatka, sukh nidhaan and neela bana. Hope this helps.

  10. Exactly bro, the reason why the british imperialists was so fearful of the Sikh empire and the last indian kingdom to be conquered was because of their economic system of governance and military derived from the Sikh faith. So once they had managed to wage war and take it over they then installed their christian missionaries all over the place to subdue the people. This is why I wrote the other thread what is the reason for all these missionaries? Its because its a continually of oppression of the same british empire system that enslaved the people in the first place and why the natives of punjab resisted christianity and resisted islam when they first came to the lands. The punjabi's are hot blooded they do not take kindly to oppressive regimes that steal from the people overtly or covertly. When general o'dwyer opened fire on the peaceful protestors at the jallinwala bagh it wasnt because he wanted to massacre people for the sake of it. He said in his own words he feared rebellion in punjab and so it was his way to crush it early on and teach the people a lesson not to rise up even if they was peaceful because he wanted to set an example that the rulers were willing to murder and genocide them. Similarly we saw what indira gandhi and her establishment did they did that because they feared punjab feared Sikhs they wanted to teach the rebelious Sikhs that they are in power and a genocide was their way of the same system of oppression to show them not to oppose their unjust rule. And if we go back to the examples of our Guru's our 6th guru built the sri akal takht sahib as a sovereign challenge to the brutal oppressive mughul rulers of the day. After the martyrdom of guru arjan sahib ji it was game on: (kar sewa and rebuilding of sri akal takht sahib after destruction of it by the indian state in 1980s) The original takht was a simple platform, 3.5 meters (11 ft.) high and stood a little taller than the Mughal Emperors throne in Red Fort Delhi intentionally as a statement about the soverignty of the Sikhs outside the other worldly Governments. Guru Hargobind Sahib would sit in court to receive petitions and administer justice. He was surrounded by insignia of royalty such as the parasol and the flywhisk. Many Sikhs gathered here for the redressal of their grievances. The Guru desired the Sikhs to bring arms and horses as part of their offerings in order to uphold the sovereignty of the Guru and the Sangat. This was readily done and some of them personally joined Darbar Sahibs armed gaurd. Here, Guru Hargobind Sahib watched the Sikhs performing exercises in the art of warfare. Th

  12. They have a mega problem with the Sikh identity and Sikhs demanding a separate homeland for their future generations. They are living under constant fear with this ever happening again. They know if they crush the Sikh identity they will crush their dreams for a separate homeland. Basically, using Sikhs to set as an example for the rest of India’s multitudinous ethnic minorities. Divide and conquer is the best policy for them for the time being. After all, this is the legacy left behind India’s all time rulers or masters.

  14. Wow!! Paji, you have really hit the nail here! I have been thinking like this for over 2 years now, but no one ever takes any notice of me. I hope your post will not only open everyone’s eyes on this forum but also educate them to think logically. See, the biggest problem we face in this day and age is that no one is bothered to observe what’s going on around them anymore. Everyone is too busy doing other things, which can be classified as not only mundane but also as waste of their precious intelligence.. I hope people will now start changing their outlook on this rotten world which has not only addled their minds beyond any foreseeable recovery but also led them to apathy. The last time I said anything as remotely as intelligent as your post to some people at a social gathering was a while ago, when I received a slap for being too cocky or too big for my boots. God save us from these aunty jis and uncle Jis. I have definitely started to keep my mouth under lock and key since then.

  15. A Sikh raaj that all but collapsed as soon as Ranjit Singh drew his last breath due to incompetence, greed and unintelligence of Sikhs. A Sikh raaj that was more concerned about inclusivity of Musleh and Hindus than prioritising Sikh interests and Sikh personnel. Rather than investing in disloyal non-Sikh mercenaries, where was the drive to recruit Sikh individuals who could be moulded using the Sikh identity as a binding force? Talk about low Sikh numbers, then where was the parchaar? Why build mosques and mandirs? Weree there not any in the rest of India? Muslims and Hindus had their empires, yet when we finally fought and won ours, we were more concerned with virtue signalling and placating these hyenas pretending to be our friends. Treachery and deception played its part, but even those issues could've been mitigated by a ruthless and Sikh-prioritising leadership. The Dogras and the Sikh spies reporting to the British were not a great mystery even at the time. A Night of Long Kirpans (Google it but replace Kirpan with Knives) might have meant a Sikh empire that was still around today. Blame the British and the rest, quite rightly at times, but the burden of the betrayal falls on us.

  17. That's one leap in logic I'm struggling to comprehend. What are the Sikh contributions that are currently making society a fairer place? How are we any different to any other in demographic in practice as opposed to theory? Facts, please, not emotionally driven rhetoric.

  18. She is a well known agent provocateur who goes to Sikh protests and uses carefully cut footage to show Sikhs as extremists. She is a Hindu Punjabi so that should tell us a lot. She is full of hatred for Sikhs. She went and took photos of one of the Gurdwaras in Slough which display Khalistan slogans and complained to the charity commission about them. This is a video from a few years ago and it shows here being handed back her backside by Sikhs. You can see that she has some handlers with her one of whom tries to call out the Singhs claiming 'Main vi Sardar hain, Main Jat hain' what a total wally, a cut hair midget claiming to be a Sikh and a Jat! The Singhs really gave her an experience none of these sell out fascist Hindu journalists ever get because they are used to being shown respect even though they just spread anti-Sikh propaganda. She and her handlers were shoved out and even the police joined in shoving her out. It's funny when one of the protestors shouts out " She's a terrorist!" Enjoy

  19. Honestly if this stops the disgraceful scenes that we saw in 2014 and a few years later when videos of Sikhs fighting each other with kirpans and knocking of dastars are avoided then taking away their kirpans is probably a good thing. What a massive publicity coup the id.iots of Mann Dal and Dal Khalsa and the other paper tigers provided for the Indian govt. This was a occasion when Sikhs should have been solemnly commemorating the murder by the India states of Sikh men, women and children but all the world saw was some hotheads fighting among themselves. Honestly, what would any sensible non-Sikh around the world have thought, would they not think that these Sikhs are just troublemakers and maybe the GOI was right that they had to go in in 1984 to take out terrorists? in the battle for world opinion, those scenes were a massive own goal. I know that lots of people deride the protests and the candle lit vigils of the west but if you look at twitter recently and how lots of non-Sikhs, even Hindus have been showing support of Sikhs of what we suffered in 1984, this is what gives the GOI sleepless nights, not some hotheads fighting among themselves every year in June.

  20. SGPC was supposedly created to manage sikh religious affairs especially taking care of gurdwara sahibs and giving out sikhi parchar. However what it has become is controlled opposite to the desires and wishes of the Sikh kaum and protocols. The sri akal takht is the religious spiritual Sikh parliament where Sikhs come together during a convention where the community's panthic committee then collectively elects an akal takht jathedar to be the spokesman and leader of the panth. And now since the 90s sgpc has been electing its own unknown akal takht jathedhar's against Sikhi protocols and wishes of the community. It's obviously been under the control of the indian state because every-time Sikhs elect their own religious leader there's conflict as delhi is unwilling to concede to the political aspirations of the Sikhs since 1947. So until SGPC isnt disbanded, reformed or something else created in its place as rival and competition to be the authentic voice of the community then this situation will not change.

  22. They could be payed or they are just very brainwashed that sant ji was a terrorist. Many people use one reason why sant ji is bad. people say that sant ji butchered and killed many innocent hindus. but in many photos u can see sant ji happily welcoming hindus to akal takht. He welcomed subramanian swamy. he wasnt killed. theres no prove that sant ji killed hindus himself. Many hindus even have stories of meeting sant ji and they say that they were openly welcomed.

  23. It seems to me that whoever really runs India is not only anti-Sikh but anti-Hindu too. It looks like there is coordinated plan by the Islamic, Christians and Marxists to carve up the subcontinent between themselves before they turn on each other. The dharmics will need to fight back. If we do, we will win. It is only our mental state that is preventing us, we lack the ruthlessness. The Abrahamics expect us to be dharmic. For dharma to prevail, one has to sometimes be adharmic. We can defeat them but what will happen is they will revert back to taqqiya and hudabaiya tactics, that will be the time to be even more ruthless.

  24. Why did Udham Singh have to call himself Ram Muhammad Singh? It just goes to show the subservient nature of our people even back then. The reason Bhagat Singh cut his hair and denounced his Sikh roots was to be accepted by the Hindu masses and he admitted this himself.

  26. apparently dhadrianwale has been shunned from the panth by dhumma and his peers. A little while back he said he wants no more violence and all that and said he will step down for the sake of his followers and their safety. I think Dhadrianwale and even dhumma are gov. people. The government knew the taksal was always willing to give their lives and were brave, so the sarkar has created this problem to break down our panth.

  30. tbh i think all these events, and leaders have been put in place by government to ruin the taksal. Damdami taksal was the main threat to the indian gov. and i think it makes sense that they have placed leaders like dhumma and they try to kill the taksal by making them look bad. that is not the real taksal. the real taksal was when sant jarnail singh bhindranwale was around.
