  2. Today I see many people mix Punjabi culture things with sikhi. Like I personally think that Bhangra, giddha and other things like this aren’t related to sikhi and aren’t allowed for Sikh to do. People need to understand that being Punjabi is different than being a Sikh. Do u guys think that Bhangra and giddha r forbidden in sikhi?? I wanna hear sum more people’s vichar in this

  3. @MisterrSingh no mention of brother maybe i was just imagining that part lol! but just got this from wikipedia In accordance with Ghanchi tradition, Modi's marriage was arranged by his parents when he was a child. He was engaged at age 13 to Jashodaben, marrying her when he was 18. They spent little time together and grew apart when Modi began two years of travel, including visits to Hindu ashrams.[26][283] Reportedly, their marriage was never consummated, and he kept it a secret because otherwise he could not have become a 'pracharak' in the puritan Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.[284][53] Modi kept his marriage secret for most of his career. He acknowledged his wife for the first time when he filed his nomination for the 2014 general elections.[285][286] Modi maintains a close relationship with his mother, Hiraben.[287]

  4. We have all the examples of what works and what doesn't in this day and age. It's not just the system, but also the culture of the people that determines what works and what doesn't. For our own community, I think the american model is best. We love our independance, gun-ownership, and free markets. You get what you earn. Keeps everyone on their toes. No room for slacking for the able bodied.

  5. yeah, i liked his honesty in his answers. I'm not a fan of exaggeration or dishonesty, even if it's meant to inspire, or gloss over our own failures. Cold hard facts are what will help us actually LEARN from our past mistakes. Shifting the blame and denial only leads to repeating the past. Only thing that enabled a British company to rule the subcontinent was organization. Living in the most successful societies in the west gives us the opportunity to harness these skills and apply them in the manner we desire for punjab, in the future. Perhaps the diaspora is "learning" for our political future in india.

  7. In communism/ socialism, the govt. gets too much power and misuses its power. In Khalsa Raaj, the Punj Pyare will be the head of the govt. and they won't misuse their power because they will be imbued with Naam/Gurbani.

  9. They kind of self adjust as they reach full length. The initial growing stage is the most difficult. Try to avoid icecream in public, that's about it. Other thing is mentality. We condition ourselves into believing that getting some food on the hair is some sort of abomination, mostly due to societal pressure. Just take it in stride with confidenc. F the cowwokers opinion. It's just part and parcel of a lions eating.

  10. It’s cuz SGPC is there. SGPC literally destroys sikhi. If u look at the maryada of a sevadar at darbar sahib, it’s says the sevadar needs to have a patiala shahi pagg type turban or any pointed dastar. Sevadars cannot wear gol dastars or dumallas. Sevadars have to wear a pajami with their chola, they can’t just wear only a kashera with their chola. I’m sure these people do not also allow bibis to do kirtan. In sant jis time, bibis used to be allowed to do kirtan. SGPC probably has many corrupt people as leaders. We need Budha dal, damdami taksal, tarna dal and all other jathebandis to come together to confront sgpc and to unite under one Nishan sahib

  11. So when you see the likes of badals, captain amrinder singh, sgpc, indian establishment, british estaliblishment, abrahamic missionaries, international financiers, bankers, vatican church, royal families, cooperation tycoons, military intelligence agencies, terrorist group leaders. All connected and covering up for each other and helping each other in their wicked schemes it ultimately comes down to money. All racial, economic, social inequality stems from the loot these people amassed and the riches of other peoples labour and other nations they stole off and now hoarded and hidden away in bank vaults. They have the wealth they have the weapons they have the power to dictate how society is to run and this is why racism and discrimination exists in society it's not in their interests to change the status quo they don't want to share the wealth like Sikhi says, they dont want to see people united like sikhi says they want people divided and conquered. This is why they want Sikhs and Sikhi oppressed as it will make societies a more fairer place and free people out of mental, physical and financial slavery Here's a little insight below how the elites of the former british empire cover up their international crimes and indulge in off shore tax evasion.

  12. Look a Trump, he 100% likely cheats on his wife left right center, and she herself was a topless model! and then theres Boris who doesn't know how many kids he has! remember when he was in the news because of his canadian/american pole dancing GF who went on a business meeting with him abroad costing the tax payer 200k ? Edwina currie the old boot is still around, she recently went on pilgrimage with the bbc to istanbul, she was john majors bit on the side. They all are at it. Modi though has been a Brhamchari his whole life apparently! he doesn't even acknowledge his wife.
