  1. Warning - don’t move to White or Muslim areas. We need a mixture in the area.

  3. Come on, these guys are largely responsible for a resurgence in jihadism worldwide. By the time Sikhs had their raj, sullay were disorganised and all over the shop. These anglos and their stupid strategies were like a gift to sullay. Even the afghans were trained and supported by the anglosphere (against russians) for a while. They supported the creation of pedostan which is really the evil b**tard child of british imperialism and islamic fundamentalism when you think about it.

  6. Oh yeah! I've grown dhaniya (which I don't now because it's cheaper and more convenient to buy from the shop), different types of basil (tulsi), methi, thyme; I've got some oregano going on right now (first time, takes ages to grow); I bought some aloe vera bootay a couple of years ago and have 3 of them going on right now (keep 'em out of direct sunlight indoors and water sparingly! I use them as face cream). I've had mint going on before (aka pudheena). No seeds or nuts apart from sunflowers but some kabooter (or some other animal) always gets at them before I do. I wake up and find the flowers partially devoured on the floor. I've got a fruit plant called a calamondin (which are like mini oranges) an old tutoring client gave me years ago. I tried the following with little success (but may try again) peas, celeriac, french beans and probably a bunch more. Bell peppers are too much headache and give little yield from my experience. Might try ginger and garlic in the raised bed, but they are long time plant. Wouldn't mind getting my own haldhee going on too. I brought a bunch of fresh haldhee last year and peeled it and dried it outside and then ground it to make proper haldhee powder because it's meant to be a major medicinal root. That was a dirty job though. Wear rubber gloves and old clothes if you ever do this.

  7. A lot of the traditional stuff is unsuited to UK weather. I've scaled down the varieties of what I grow now. When I first started, I wanted to try every thing (like 5/6 types of chillies alone). Now I just stick to a small number of items. Perpetual spinach and Swiss Chard are great - robust and require minimal effort. Good for saag or palak paneer, chicken paneer or whatever. Broccoli can be tough to grow. Everything wants to eat it! Slugs, snails, bugs, pigeons. You have to cover it up. Tomatoes are real easy - just remember stick two cups of milk powder in ground just before you plant the young plants (stops a common calcium deficiency problem called blossom end rot). Chillis are good for big pots - I've tried loads of varieties in the past but just stick to cayennes now. It's more economical. Growing can be a lot more expensive than buying from shops - so pick your crops carefully. But go through the process of learning to try everything because it's a great learning experience. Tried Bell peppers, garlic, peas, runner beans, french beans in the past with varying success..... Runner beans are great but attract these black fly pests. Get a compost bin going on if you can. What you make there is like 5x more powerful than the soil you buy in bags.

  8. I heard Baba Nanak ji wore clothes that was mixed style of different faiths? The blue being from dasmesh pita's disguise is something I've come across quite a few times when I read older texts in English. I just came across it againrecently again in a 1896 British document, then I came across this thread. That's what made me mention it. There is another related tradition that after the escape, the blue dress was burnt but that a strip survived, and one of the sahibzaadas took this strip and tied it to his dumalla, and that this is where nihang farlas originated. Interesting tales. Don't know if they are true though.

  13. I don't really own red clothes anyway so its not a problem for me, I used to own a red cap but I don't wear it anymore either because we're not meant to wear hats etc.

  14. The law has never been successful in discouraging criminals from committing crime. It's just what they are. They see an opportunity they will commit the crime. The biggest mistake yet was relying on law enforcement.I just see 2 solutions, either eliminate the criminal itself or use medieval style control techniques on children and keep them mostly sheltered, home schooled or all-Sikh schools till they grow up and get married. We call ourself a warrior race/religion yet this happens to us.When we cant save our own,how are we going to save others?Unfortunately we have become cosplayers only.I understand many don't want to risk being arrested for breaking laws.Thats why you see every successful immigrant race be it Italian,Irish,Jewish,Chinese always had secret societies or a black hand that could do the dirty work while those occupying legitimate positions supported them covertly.Unfortunately for us I am not aware of any such entity and when any lone wolf does something to protect the race or defend our own and gets into trouble, everyone washes their hands and shames such person. We can call ourselves lions, tigers, warriors all we want but until there is some sort of unity and action group formed to fight this menace we will always be cattle waiting to be devoured by the wolves.

  15. Yes a lil bit. Whites are the only race they even go near too so they get fairer offspring. If with Jews then they want to upgrade their intelligence.Thats their M.O. In asia they pretty much stick to their own and highly dislike mixing. They have a high sense of racial pride since they are barely religious. But anyways, what do they care, they have a billion plus people.

  17. Move this post.to the general section, i almost missed seeing it too. From the preview, it seems hindsight is 20/20 type of writing. These types of cases where ur children run away etc, ive never expected much from the gore. They wanted the sikh children to make their own choices and live freely. And now, as always they realize.how bad their secular, liberal values really were.

  18. Thought I would share some information with fellow dastar wearing brothers and sisters as a word of caution. Over the weekend I visited Drayton Manor theme park (near Birmingham, UK) for the first time. I've been on all rollercoasters and rides wearing my pugg and have never had any issues both here in the UK and Florida. However when I went on Shockwave the stand up rollercoaster at Drayton Manor after the first loop there was a rapid acceleration and the wind factor literally blew my pugg right off. I literally couldn't believe it. It was not as if my turban was not tied tightly or loose in anyway, as I had just come off their G-Force rollercoaster fine. I have to give credit and respect to the staff there as they stopped the ride and one of the senior staff offered to go and see if they could find it, although he was not hopeful he would find it or it would be in a wearable state as he said there was water underneath that portion of the ride . I was so relieved that he managed to find it and returned to me. Afterwards he told me that I'm not the first one who has lost their turban on this ride especially after the first loop. Be warned and take precaution if your going to ride this one. I would be interested to know if any others have had a similar issue on this ride.

  20. Yes, as a Singh if you feel theme park rides are your thing, get creative. Gravity is not your friend in those situations. Take precautions. Don't embarrass yourself and the faith.

  21. Just don't start suing these theme parks for emotional distress and hurting religious sentiments when your dastaar flies off when you're riding a rollercoaster. Unless you've super-glued it to your head, what do you expect is going to happen?

  22. Thanks for the heads up! I'll stay away from that one. I've been a lot of the Alton Tower ones like oblivion etc and was secretly quite concerned about my Dastar at the time but went ok. I think if you wear a kenyan style Dastar then it might be worth using parna/Tha Tha like Singhbj Singh showed above. Quickly tie it on when your waiting for the ride to begin.
