Came over this video: This was after the sword fighting incident today outside Takht Sahib. Maybe SatGuroo remove puppet Jathedaars!

It seems from the video Badal's Akali thugs within SGPC are attacking.......the most disturbing is this occured in the main darbar sahib of Takht Sahib in presence of Guru Sahib. regardless this was uncalled for on the anniversary day. First in Patna early this year now in Akal Takht Sahib....sigh

The act of praising others people or parbandaks (who call them over) is becoming so common among these Indian ragis, that precious time of SatSangat in the presence of SGGS Jee is wasted. Such empty talk is of no spiritual value.....which might have been spent uttering/singing gurbani itself.

I tend to read on this forum from time to time & never bother much......but your post was 1 that I felt replying to from my heart. Neither will I try to be "preachy", let's take whatever I have written below as a heart to heart talk...ok? :glomp: I was born into a Sikh household. Did I like reading bani from day 1? But, Gurbani said something else... ਸਰਬ ਧਰਮ ਮਹਿ ਸ੍ਰੇਸਟ ਧਰਮੁ ॥ Of all religions, the best religion ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਕਰਮੁ ॥ is to chant the NAAM and maintain pure conduct. NAAM is the essence of Gurbani, every line and ang/page of SGGS. Gurbani teaches us what Naam is, how to LOVE, how to have faith, how to obey, how to become pleasing to Vaheguroo(God).......Gurbani is about how to obtain Naam! So you may ask at this stage of my life, why do I think Gurbani is special? This is my personal observation. Ever since I started reading Gurbani with Faith and Love, I have noticed I never get bored of hearing it over and over again. I get bored if I am read the same article over and over again. I get bored reading the same book over and over again. I can testify to you I dont get bored reading, listening and singing to Gurbani after so many years in my life. I concluded there has to be something VERY SPECIAL about Gurbani ,for me to keep on having faith in it. Whenever my heart is restless/sad, reading and hearing gurbani, has the ability to calm me down ....and rejuvenate me immensely. The Sound of Gur-Bani(Guru's Voice) is the sound of the creator of the universe itself....it must be. Because no therapy, articles or peoples wise words do ...what Gurbani does for me. ---------------------------------------------- Many are going to tell you to do many things.... But what do I do when I am in doubt? Stand in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee's presence and do an ardass(plea) from the bottom of your heart humbly.... 1.Ask him to guide you, ask him teach you how to have faith and love in him. Ask him for dhian(concentration) in Gurbani. Any plea from the bottom of ones heart before Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji never goes empty. 2. Ask him to bless you with the company of gursikhs with whom Guru Sahib is happy with. (at the same time beware of Deravaad cults/fake saints...) If you are a genuine seeker then no force in the universe can stop you from your ultimate spiritual destination.

3. The lines of being a Sikh and Punjabi have been blurred in the past 100+ years. 2. Gurmat Naam Abhiyaas Kamaaee has become rare to the extent of being unknown. 1. Falling out of love with Sikhi. (reasons are various..dont know where to even start)

Indians are genuinely delusional this time around...primarily driven by frustration with Congress on inflation issue. This elections was purely fought on the basis of propaganda. He puts jaitleys name into gurbani and you call it honest mistake? if anyone here take you seriously they need to evaluate on 'why do I take n30 seriously'. Baba Raam Rai was forgiven by Guru Gobind Singh jee....imagine the long period he was boycotted by Sikhs. but Majithia gets his way in just 24 hours. We need to reflect how our takhts function.

Regardless, canabis usage is kurehit. period.

I am just assuming here. Maybe it was used as a medicine for those injured in war back in those day(we didnt have effective pain killers back then). Not all Gursikhs fighting in war had been people very high spiritual state to withstand pain. Am assuming maybe thats how it was introduced. Of-course now its mostly ABUSED by we all know who without any spiritual basis :biggrin2:

Does this kirt exist in puratan(period:1690-1760) Shree Dasam Granth Saroops? or only a few selected ones written after that puratan period? Phokat Kabit is claimed as bani when it was not even found in Puratan saroops for example.

What you have said is very accurate ..... one just needs to scroll back to previous post on this thread to see the evidence 'plaguing' this forum for the past decade.

Perhaps practise what you preach as a start? having observed you for the last 10 years on this forum, you contradict your every word above.
