  8. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh We wish your Sikh society the best for the upcoming academic year. We would like to extend our help and assistance to make it a little easier - here's how we can help: Freshers Packs: we are currently printing freshers packs for the 2011-12 academic year - email us ASAP with your order. Please provide your full contact details (including phone number) together with an estimate of your existing membership and how many packs you need. (Email us at: info@boss-uk.org) Literature: B.O.S.S. have a wide range of printed and electronic literature on Sikhi - contact us if you would like a list of what's available. Speakers: we have an extensive range of speakers who can be booked to talk on a wide variety of topics. Generally we require around 2 weeks notice in order for the speaker to book work leave as nearly all the speakers are in full time employment. If you require a speaker, make sure you contact us well in advance with details of the subject and type of audience so we can judge the best person for the job! We can also find kirtani if required... Logistical support: in certain areas we have strong local sevadars that can provide logistical, hands on support for your Sikh society. For example, bringing exhibitions, delivering food, audio-visual equipment and specific support in managing large projects such as Langar on Campus, contacts with cheap travel companies etc. Get in touch if you have specific needs and we can arrange a meeting to go through our capability in your area! Training: we are currently in the process of finalising a pilot 1 day training programme covering the basics of running a Sikh society and practical advice on making the most of your resources. This also an excellent opportunity to share and network with other Sikhsocs. However, there are limited places, so if your Sikh society is interested get in touch ASAP! Publicity: register your Sikhsoc on the B.O.S.S. website and Facebook page for free publicity and marketing!
