I agree with you so much.. These days people have khalsa in their names. I think the same as you did, leave the khalsa to the brahmgiani. They are ones who are Khalsa. Sikh is first step.. and everyone in this world is a sikh, we are all learners, and Guru ji is our teacher.. its just that the world is not aware of that there is acatually a religion. So I wouldnt call this religion Khalsa, its become such a common word people use it all the time, without knowing its true depth.

It is legal in US to carry guns, but look our own sikh taxi drivers got killed because of hate-crimes. Do you want it to be legal? You dont need guns to carry with you in streets, superstores, etc. If you carry guns around, you will be a threat to society, people will not want you in that country.

I agree.. Violence will bring violence, If we think like that lets kill all the hindus, because their fathers or grandfathers killed our grandfathers, fathers, mothers. I have graduated from university, but still it was a good read. You are doing good work of inspiring young youth. Seeing your unbreakable faith in guru ji, I suggest you make frinds with even the people who go clubbing and bring them to the correct path. After all, it is gurmukhs that is gonna help them out. If noone shows them the path, then they wont know. And I feel it will help them.

nice... through others guru ji takes care of us... but we tend to see them as just another person.. but in reality no matter what is happening to us.. however insignificant it is guru ji doing it. as in jap ji it says, So very many lessons to be learnt....

I would see this as two conditions for a gursikh.. There is one person who cuts/trims hair out of love for maya, to look more appealing, more fashionable. etc another gursikh doesnt cut hair for love of maya, or to fit into society. but keeps hair for love of guru ji, as guru ji has kept me so will I remain. If this person is ever going to trim or get treatment it is not going to be love for maya. It is going to be for disease as heera and some other people said. personally i have seen high spirited sikhs, who have done because of a disease or other issues, but not for maya. And again this is a personal issue... use your common sense and based on your love of guru ji
