  6. , I believe it's my fault, I should have addressed it properly: Can someone please share the background or further detail on this 'organisation'? "If a Singh abuses another Singh, A Sikh abuses another Sikh, do not respond by abusing him back. Say to him: "O Gurmukh, go ahead; abuse me again a couple of times if that's what satisfies you. If abusing or using foul language satisfies you, use it some more". If a Sikh slaps another Sikh, turn the other cheek. Say to him: "Hit me again if you wish". But do not to this to the Narkhdaris or to the police. No, only a Sikh to a Sikh. Say to him: "Hit me more." He will not have the courage to do that. If someone utters a word that hurts and we respond by saying: "Brother, say a couple of more." His head will automatically hang down in shame. But what is the habit we have gotten into? If one lights one match-stick, the other says that he will be better than the first person only if he can light the entire match-box. This habit is bad for us." - May 1983, Sant Jarnail Singh Jee Khalsa Bhindranwale, Present Jathedar - Damdami Taksaal

Guru Nanak Gurdwara, Smethwick have 250+ spaces booked. I believe there will be more people, on the day to board. Also, please obtain the phone numbers of your coach driver. Arrange within Sangat, what time you will be returning and where to meet. Reminder: Please tie a Orange/Yellow Dastaar, or wear a Orange Patka/ Chuni. 13. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh Who are 'Samooh Sikh Jujhaaroo Jathebandian'? Are they like a umbrella body, or just like 'group'? In Smethwick, you can see little stickers around the area. (Looks cool) More info would be great. Logo of the Jatha Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh

  16. Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh A poem, I think we should relate to. Puanjabi You ask me what I mean by saying I have lost my tongue. I ask you, what would you do if you had two tongues in your mouth, and lost the first one, the mother tongue, and could not really know the other, the foreign tongue. You could not use them both together even if you thought that way. And if you lived in a place you had to speak a foreign tongue, your mother tongue would rot, rot and die in your mouth until you had to spit it out. I thought I spit it out but overnight while I dream, it grows back, a stump of a shoot grows longer, grows moist, grows strong veins, it ties the other tongue in knots, the bud opens, the bud opens in my mouth, it pushes the other tongue aside. Everytime I think I’ve forgotten, I think I’ve lost the mother tongue, it blossoms out of my mouth. Sujata Bhatt Vaheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa Vaheguroo Jee Kee Fateh
