i have one nad it is about two feet long, pretty blue velvet sheath, golden handle....beautiful chain and so simple that it is beautiful to just stare at for hours and hours (i hung it on my bedroom wall above my gutka cabinet with a mala and a painting i made depicting the kara, kirpan, kangha, khanda, and a nitnem gutka floating across an ocean as the mediums which fulfill a life) i hope hanging it isn't disrespect....

i have an example: i know this aunty and uncle (they live on rent in a room in our house) the uncle took amrit during 300 sajna divas @ anadpur sahib....the aunty didn't the uncle eats the aunty's jooth on a daily basis......against rehat not to be judmental or anything, but the aunty is "sikh" but still, the uncle's rehat is kind of in danger....right?

well, from my own experiences: i used to listen to bhangra/ pop music all the time....then one day my mom pooped in a cd of bhai harjinder singh ji (srinagar wale)....and i was enchanted on how deep gurbani was compared to the rubbish in the songs (now everybody knows why i am obsessed with b.h.s. ji's kirtan).......anywayz....after tht my taste started changing and so did my mind....no more emotional outbursts....i can control my mind a little more now........ i took a hammer and crushed many of my cds...every one i found...i have felt so much more purity in me since then

i wanna go give my mata ji a hug rite now cuz i jus realized how much she means to me.....but stuck at school!
