Hey Guyz....first of all...im new to this forum so Im not sure where this wud fit...anywayyy My school started around 2 weeks ago...first week was alright but after the second week my concerntration levels just dropped :excl: I think the reason to this is i have a crush on someone..... i wanted to ask if there is a specific meditation to get the concerntration back and how I cud like stop liking her the sikh style Thx...if u have any suggestions on where all this shud go plz drop them by as well :D Gurmeet
