WJKK WJKF I am starting to read Jaap Sahib, but if I were to recite it all at once, it would take me hours as I am very slow at reading Parth. Would it be ok if I read the first 50 Pauris only every day. And after a few weeks increase it? Would it be paap if I do not complete the whole Parth in one day? Phul Chuk Maff

Its an amazing story. I really hope someone has some more info on it because I don't remember the entire story properly. Has anyone got any other stories like this?

WJKK WJKF I wrote this story a while back in a post but no one seemed to reply so I thought id make a topic. A few years back I was at a Gurdwara and there was one of the Sangat telling stories about Punjab, and about the amount of blood shed in Punjab from the times of our Gurus until now. He then told a story, which was from a few years back from Punjab. Im a bit sketchy on all the details as it was a few years back so please forgive me. In a Pind in Punjab, there was a tree which locals said gave a errie feeling when you go past it. They ask a Baba why this is. He explained that they should dig the ground where they tree is. The villages did and they found a bag full of human bones. They asked the Baba about this and he replied that these bones belonged to Sikhs who were fighting Mughals during Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Maharajas’ time. The Mughals put the bones in a bag and left them. He told the Singhs to take the bones to a nearby village (I forgotten the reason why). The Singhs then preceded to the village, and went through a forest. Whilst walking, they heard a noise behind them and saw a Beautiful tall Singh dressed in white Bana. The Singh asked them if they have the bones of the soliders, to which they replied yes, and the Singh then said that he will take them. The group agreed and went into the opposite direction to the Singh. As soon as they turned around to see him again, he was gone. They went back to the Baba and explained the situation, the Baba said that When God wants to he will do it himself, and exaplined that it was Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji Maharaj who they saw and who took the remains of the Sikh soldiers with him. Has anyone heard of this story, or has the full story. Does anyone have any other stories like this? Phul Chuk Maff if I have made any mistakes at all. WJKK WJKF

I had my haircut in my photo and was travelling to usa at the time. I had started to keep my Kesh and was wear a patka. I was quite worried, and did get a few looks, but i checked it out online and what they look at is your bone structure (cheek bone etc) as they know you wont look 100% as your passport pic. Depends where you are going and how badly it looks different. In usa they let me straight in, where as the connecting flight in Holland they were looking a bit funny at me! If you are worried, there is a way to fast track a new passport.

WJKK WJKF I have an issue with my sleep the past few weeks. I try getting up early but its getting more of a battle, snoozing my alarm etc. Even if I do get up whilst im doing Paarth im fall asleep, ive even tried to stand up and do Paarth. It wasn't this bad before, nothings really changed, im getting the same amount of sleep but I just keep falling asleep. Please help!

If you start violence, the media will decide whether you are a terrorist or a rebel. Isn't anyone at all enraged with the fact that nobody in the world seems to care? Punjab needs to strike oil and you watch USA run to our aid, We need to take action and i'm not on about violent action but something that will make the government stand up and take notice. We have to play their game. We know he's innocent, so does Indian government and UK probably does too. But they will not help unless we give or take something which they need, and that is votes and money. Forget about Nihal or BBC Asian network, there part of the system, they wont hand out any sympathy for us. There in it to create controversy because that attracts viewers.

Sikhs in Uk have been protesting outside 10 Downing street since Friday non stop since Friday Potential death of an innocent man who has been in a hospital for 6 months or so because of mental health issue And yet no media outlets in Uk or the world are reporting this. Not even a signal mention. I cannot applaud and be proud of the Sangat who are there right now and overnight. It gets me so angry however, that our efforts are falling on deaf ears here. It goes to show that politicians and media don't care about protests or whatever it doesn't matter to them one bit if it don't interest them. The thing they are interested in is money and power. This is what we have to take away from them to get noticed. We can stop our voting or funding for these parties then that would be a start, its drastic but it would make them notice. It might just be a slight dent to these politicians but it will make them notice. Let them know that if they don't even at least acknowledge the fact that we have been protesting that we will take some sort of action against them. Stop funding these politicians if we even do now because this is all they care about. If we can all unite and this is the big thing but if we unite together we can make a bigger difference, if anyone got any ideas of how to tackle this add them on here. Lol yea, I just find it coincidental that in millions or billions of years we hardly have an asteroid, and within a few months there a few. But depends how you look at it really. Some see coincidence, some see buses lol

Not to be al conspiracy nut - although you probably will when you read the rest of my message, but there was a source on a video that said that the government are making this up in order to create new types of weapons. Theres a list of all the types of "terrors" that the world will face. There was terrorism, then there will be asteriod hitting the earth, next there will be aliens. This is basically what they make up in order to create fear and a reason to make weapons. Plus if you look at it logically,the earth's been around for billions of years and how many times have an asteriod hit? And now apparently theres 2 that are hitting in the space of a few months?
