You ok with yeast in the pizza dough ? afterall yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae ??) is classed as living. thats true with "dahin" too. Can you make good pizza dough with dahin ? Tried it in padoorey etc but the dahin gives it a taste you do not get with yeast.

Never wear Nike trainers, seriously bad for your feet. make sure middle area of trainer is nice and firm and not flimsy and it puts excessive pressure on your metertarsals etc when you plantar flex the foot. Thats how Rooney etc were dmaging their feet. Please do not plan on wearing, get your trainers now and wear them for training, will give time for your trainers to adjust to shape of your feet. A good set of trianers can last a while. When I used to run (stupidly every day without rest days) my running shoes used to still last me a year. So if you get what you want to wear now they will be great to wear when you run the marathon.
