"I wanted Asians to get to know each other, unite and become a successful community here and live here in their own right." He was quite stung by Powell's suggestion to give £2000 to Asians here and pack them off to their home countries. The 16th edition of Asian Who's Who was also released at a dinner function at the Café Royal made famous by the Bond film of the same name. The Who's Who is the best and most authentic and authoritative reference book for Asians in this country. But over the years it has als o become a barometer of the immense success and achievement of the community, just three million "who have gone from strength to strength from a small beginning in relatively short time" as Karan Bilimoria, winner of the last year's Asian of the Year Award put it. Our women need to handle themselves and make it a point not to be affected by movies such as these and Never Misuse their SOCIAL FREEDOM.
