  1. How about grey or pink? How do you keep your blacks black?.....My black dumala has gone grey...
  2. The second video is proof that wearing religious garb doesn't mean you understand or know the Guru Panth Sikh Maryada. It's all pakhand if they go against it. On a side note, you got to feel sorry for the vertically challenged Singh in the second video....I never knew Singh's come that short...*edited*
  3. I think the sentencing was spot on. The judge said that Mundill Kaur's 6 years sentence will be cut in half with the remaining 3 years on licence, with another 150 days deducted. So she will serve 2 and a half years. Her family's lawyer has said that they will be appealing this sentence for a suspended sentence.
  4. On hindsight Mundil Kaur should have gone straight to the police when Gagandip tried to rape her. In all likelihood, Gagandip would have been put onto the sex offenders register, and that would have been the end of it. However, the desire of 'Punjabi Village Justice' (aka Jungle Justice), made her take the path of taking the law into her own hands...and now the lives of 4 young people have been destroyed.
  5. Gagandip himself (evidence of his messages to Mundil) describe the attack as attempted 'rape'. Gagandip's own lawyer (in his opening statement) describe it as such. You my friend are deluded to the fact that he tried to rape Mundil Kaur, (a member of this forum).
  6. How stupid must all those people feel who describe Gagandip as 'Panth Da Heer' or 'Son of the Panth'...now found out that he's a attempted rapist. Like I send last year, Kam took this boy to be oven-baked in his boot of his car....and only God knows what's happening to his soul now....
  7. Good to see Justice being done. Harinder Singh Shoker, murdered Gagandeep in a boot of a car after Gagandeep tried to rape a girl....lesson here is don't try and take the law into your own hands.

  9. I thought God does not take birth. http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Ajoonee The Shabad Guru, (the true Guru, which all the Human Sikh Guru's bowed down to) is God. It's the world-God paradigm that is explored in many religions.
  10. I read this a while ago....they should so make a film about this. In September 1695, English pirate Henry Every perpetrated one of the most profitable pirate raids in history with his capture of a Grand Mughal convoy near Surat. The Indian ships had been returning home from their annual pilgrimage to Mecca when the pirates struck, capturing the Ganj-i-Sawai, reportedly the greatest ship in the Muslim fleet, and its escorts in the process. When news of the piracy reached the mainland, a livid Aurangzeb nearly ordered an armed attack against the English city of Bombay, though he finally agreed to compromise after the East India Company promised to pay financial reparations, estimated at £600,000 by the Mughal authorities.[38] Meanwhile, Aurangzeb shut down four of the East India Company's factories, imprisoned the workers and captains (who were nearly lynched by a rioting mob), and threatened to put an end to all English trading in India until Every was captured.[38] The Privy Council and East India Company offered a massive bounty for Every's apprehension, leading to the first worldwide manhunt in recorded history.[39] However, Every successfully eluded capture. Henry Every, also Avery or Avary, (c. 1653/59 – after 1696), sometimes given as John Avery,[n 1] was an English pirate who operated in the Atlantic and Indian Oceansin the mid-1690s. He likely used several aliases throughout his career, including Benjamin Bridgeman, and was known as Long Ben to his crewmen and associates.[n 2]The most notorious pirate of his time, Every is most famous for being one of the few major pirate captains to retire with his loot without being arrested or killed in battle, and also for being the perpetrator of what has been called the most profitable pirate raid in history.[6]
  11. Ok...from my conservative right wing perspective...why don't we contact the UK Border Agency and get them deported?...their plane tickets paid for by courtesy of the British Tax payer?
  12. You believe general education is important and yet you haven't even got the basic grasps of high school level biology...you don't believe organisms go extinct or in evolution,....AND You're a University Student?....LOL... Don't mention the name of your University, 'Only five'...You'll destroy its reputation.
  13. Like I said so eloquently before... Paraffinum liquidum (Mineral oil)
  14. After the prosecutor (representing Gagandeep) described Gagandeeps sexual assault on Mundil Kaur as 'Attempted Rape'....I don't think there will ever be an appetite to bring back Sikh TV. Interesting though how the channel was pulled off the air before the trial...
  15. Oh yes...it's always a blessing to have a son.... :rolleyes2:
  16. If an MP did that in the UK he'd be arrested first and sacked from the party a very close second. Goreh, should be shown this video and told of the outcomes. To many Goreh at work, they think India is a wonderful democracy and many freshies at work promote this. I've been doing my part. We had this cultural awareness session at work for all the UK employees to give them a background on India and Indian behaviour and customs, (the reason being some of the jobs were being 'out-sourced' to India, which means the freshies would be brought over to the UK to do the work....yeah I know....go figure...) This talker (a freshie) went on about how India was a peaceful mix of many religions, and how open minded it was. I raised the point that this wasn't the case by mentioning the 1984, the Sikh pogroms, the gujrat riots, caste discrimination. That shut the smelly Brahmin freshie up.
  17. If for a leader, a Donkey you pick, Then you must learn to bear the Donkeys kick.
  18. To be honest I don't know. Can anyone from the Sangat give us vichaar on this?
  19. Within a Sikh context, Would it be justified to say that 'this baby must of done some very bad karams in his previous life to deserve such a fate'?
  20. There's family in Toronto...but Vancouver has a better climate and lifestyle...so the say....
