Sangat Ji... It is getting have hard... I have blind faith in the powers of Waheguruji but today the dr. Have said they can not help my sister anymore... It make me think what have we don't wrong and why has Waheguruji done this to her... She is only 39 and has two small children. Sangatji... Please do mool mantar Jaap and ardas for my sister... Your sister to make a speedy recovery regardless wha the dr. Have said.

Sangat Ji... Can you all please help and do a ardas for my sister health. she has lymphoma cancer and has a scan tomorrow to show her tumour has shrank. We pray to Waheguruji that this is the case else the consultant has said there is nothing else they can do. My sister is not even 40 and has two very young kids and is a very good person. Please help me Sangat Ji. Thanks you.

SSA to you all... Just a quick question... why are there differect types of ardas... I have a Guthka Sahib which I have used for years and there is a line "Bola Jee Waheguru" but the other day I was reading an ardas on the net and watching a ardas from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara on the TV and it has the Jee missing also they said some other things. Which ardas should a Gurusikh do??? or does it not matter as long as you do it from the heart? Thanks for your help Confused.com

SSA Brothers and Sisters... I need some honest advise and help, I’m getting upset, worked up and confused then staying at work late if I don’t complete my phat / bhani in office hours. I don’t know if it is right to listen to phat or bhani at work... but again I wanted to know if it is right to too.... I have recently (from the last 4 months or so) started to do my bhani daily even at work… I have just started a new job with Waheguru’s blessing and listen to Sukmani Sahib ji… also shabads and read some bani then do an ardas… (Which can take 2 and half hours plus…) This is on top of my listening and reading bani and doing ardas on the way to work and on the way home (My work trip take me one hour sometimes or less if Im at a local office)… again if I don’t do my phat / bani it in order or don’t complete it I sit in the car doing it until I get it right… (I feel it is not right but I do not want to get any bad luck from Waheguruji. Recently I have started to do more and more and keep repeating myself until I get it right… which I feel in my heat is not right. To do this I wash my hand and rinse out my mouth, clean my hand and mouth with anti bacteria hand wash then drinks some water then say SATNAM WAHEGUJI afterword’s… then drink the remaining water after I complete my ardas… (No one has told me to do this I just do it but am not sure if it is right… Please help) If I have to clear my throat while doing my prays or when I cleaned myself (by making the noise from my mouth) I start my prays again from the start. I then sit at my desk with my shoes off and headphones on… listen to my prays…. And in the car I take my shoes off and do my bani in order and use the hand cleaning spray to clean my hand Please help me…. Your brother….

Dear Brothers and Sisters SSA... Is there a pray I can do or anything as I feel lost and very low, time is running out for me... I had a good job where I was happy but someone told my management team that I did a bad job in my last role (which I did not) which has made me loose this job without a chance to defend myself. I have accepted this but now when ever I apply for a job.. it goes no further... no interview no nothing... make me feel like what is happening. I have a family to look after, I have even done a adras but Im not sure what else to do.... Can anybody help me please... I have even asked for forgiveness for anything I have done wrong.... Please do ardas for me. Your Lost brother.

Dear Brother's / Sister's of mine, As a brother I ask you to do ardas for my sister who has been told today she has cancer of the throat, the doctors have said it is treatable but as you can expect we at home are all worried and ask Waheguruji for forgiveness us for anything we have done wrong, she has a young son... I do not know what to do apart from do benti to Waheguruji... Hope you can help me and recommend any banni that I can give my sister to do. Your Brother.
