These "Gursikhs" you mention are driving Sikhisim back to the stoneage whilst it had developed as a modern and progressive religion. Life comes once, and i'm sure as hell that Guru sahib wants you to enjoy it...now that does not at all imply drink alchohol and cut your hair, it means that a Sikh is able to live in society without these preconceived notions of "higher then though". False! Protein has no correlation to gaining fat, or getting a "big tidh". Protein contains 4 calories per gram Carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram Fat contains 9 calories per gram Protein, is the first of these to be metabolized, then excess carbs are metabolized and fat is stored. Your calories are probably higher then your resting rate. You need to check the other parts of your diet, the protien is probably the best thing if your fat.

Guru Gobind Singh ji said it him self, whilst studying gurbani one must gain a worldly education. Unfortunatley, Sikhs don't carry that authority.

Sikhs are not educated like them Arabs. Goto University, get degrees, learn, apply.
