The outcomes of the meeting were as follows: -

5 Singhs were selected to hear both parties over the course of two weeks, 3 meetings and several witness statements.

5 Singhs final decision ruled in favour of the families who brought forward the allegations.

After consulting with our legal team in the interests of public knowledge and concern, the meeting that took place on Sunday 12th February 2012 was a public meeting and sangat of Guru Har Rai Gurdwara were invited to hear both sides of the story.

As the outcome directly affects the Sikh congregation and everything that is about to be stated can be proved true in a court of law, therefore we are not defaming any character and are not breaking any law by publishing their names on Sikh Sangat or any public medium.

Therefore Kulwant Singh and Gursunder Kaur of Dudley, West Midlands, were found, by 5 Singhs were given a punishment of being banned from any form of parchaar or sewa and any Sikh camp for the next 5 years.

The 5 Singhs found that after listening to all the testimonies of all the families involved, including sangat from Europe, the actions of Kulwant Singh and Gursunder Kaur and the parchaar they have are involved in is NOT in line with gurmat.

They were also accused of producing a fake cholah apparently belonging to Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji, they were requested to bring all fake relics and artefacts to Guru Har Rai Gurdwara, in no more than two weeks.

One of the 5 Singhs also stated that even though the couple strenuously denied all accusations made to them, it was obvious that 10 families over three countries could not all be lying.

The reason we are posting this is that a condition has also been placed on the couple that if they are found to be participating in any form or sikhi parchaar and sewa at camps, the Sikh panthic jathabadis and sampardas will be calling them to account and they will be reprimanded.

So a benti to sangat that please do not invite this couple to any event or camp, as per to the hukam issued by 5 Singhs. It is hoped that during this time of solitude that couple can focus of their jeevans and sikhi and build their characters to a high standard.

The families involved would like to thank all those involved who help bring forward the truth and primarily Waheguru Ji for seeing justice being served. they also wish Kulwant Singh and Gursunder Kaur all the best in rebuilding their jeevans and hope that the outcome of this meeting will help bring a positive change to their lives so that in the future they are able to continue with gurmat sewa of the panth.

To ensure that we are no accused of making the following statement up, there is a video made of the spokesperson announcing the 5 Singhs decision and also the committee of Guru Har Rai Gurdwara, West Bromwich, Birmingham, who have been involved in this situation from the earliest stages, will also verify this as fact. The couple claim that all the UK sangat that have spoken up against them have personal issues and are telling lies, but the the European sangat were brought to their attention, they had no answer or justification for it...but still choose to continue of the path of lies and deciet even to the extent of the Singh blaming HIS OWN MOTHER for why the European sangat have banned them from camps and certain gurghars....

The above really speaks for itself...it's just a matter of time before the are publicly exposed and discraced before the entire Sikh panth....

We are pleased to announce the 5 Singhs have been chosen and their will be a gathering over the next few days to ensure this couple get what they deserve. We have been shocked and appalled by the tactics used by this couple to cover up their lies.

Let's hope that this worthless couple don't begin accusing 5 pyaareh of being jhooteh panj as well if the results are not in there favour.

We wholeheartedly look forward exposing this couple and bring their identities before the world, we know so many of you have contacted us requesting their details as to warn people...but until the panj reach their final decision our hands are tied.

We agree with NamoSarab Ji in that it's not too late, the beautiful thing about sikhi is that guru Ji forgives....Guru Nanak Dev Ji did not go to koddah Rakash or Sajjan Tagg, for no reason he wanted set the example that even the worst of sinners can be redeemed, when they admit their wrongdoings and are committed to adopting a vinous path.

The families involved in this only want that, that they admit what they had done and for others not to go through what they had to suffer. It is the couples inability to do this that has escalated this matter.

first of all a big thanks to all the sangat for supporting this issue and raising awareness to the kind of manmat being carried out by those who are supposed to be setting an example wearing guru jis bana and big damalaa's...

The matter resolving this couple will be brought before 5singhs and the couple have been banned from carrying out any activities involving parchaar/camps/Sikh societies in an attempt to keep young vunerables Sikhs away from them...

We encourage all camp/youth leaders and presidents of Sikh societies to remain vigilant in the guests they invite to events and do strict background checks before inviting anyone to be a speaker to advocate The Sikh faith. please do get in touch via our email address if you require advice and guidance in this matter.

The elders involved in bring awareness were disgusted that the matter had gotten so far with so many people being affected and encouraged us to promote awareness in having faith and sharda in Guru Granth Sahib Ji maharaj and not to sucked in by such pakhandis

Well West Lindon Singh, we ourselves thought alot of things before getting involved in this, but its very easy to label an amritdhari as weak etc etc until you personally experience this happening to you....until then u can only speculate on how strong and fearless you are until maharaj Ji puts you to test....

For those people who are asking why police are not involved.....well what will the police do wen you tell them there is a Bibi claiming to be mai bhago, her husband Saee Miaa Mir, that she uses her 'spiritual powers' by seeing through her dasam duaar, that there are spirits haunting you, your house, etc etc (please see example on 1st post of this thread).....

yes the is the mental manipulation, many people have been affected and the general consensus is that they just want to forget about it, and we are not in a position to force the families involved to peruse a cousre of action that they are not happy nor willing to take mainly due the added emotional stress and embarrassment this will cause.....and we must respect that...and thank them for their courage in standing up against these people

Yes there are legal aspects to this case that will definatly involved the police at some point, the point here is that we have tried to avoid all such avenues if the couple admit their wrongdoings of anti-gurmat practises and asks for maafi from the Sikh panth. 

They have been given many opportunities to do this but have refused. Hence we are in existence trying find as many people as possible and give them a voice.

Does the gursikh who locked themselves in a room for three weeks not deserve to have their story listened to? Or the gursikh that still has panic attacks after their experience with this couple? And the countless others affected by them? who will give them justice? two gursikhs from different countries, no link with each other are reduced to this state....

We have also been contacted by sangat in Europe who have been affected by these people so again a big thanks to Sikh sangat for letting us use this platform, it defiantly reaches a wide audience.

NamoSarab, put yourself in the shoes of someone who has been told they are possessed, or that a friend that died 4 yrs ago is now been re-born as your son....ALL IN THE NAME OF SIKHI....there are so many families who's children are terrified to talk to sangat since their experiences, one gursikh still has panic attacks and to get them to speak to us took several weeks because of not just the trauma, but embarrassment, and feeling they had more knowledge of sikhi to have been able to question or had strengh to counter attck this couple when put into cetain situations....so we have people who feel worthless as Sikhs and feel they have let their guru down by allowing themselves to be involved with these people and believing their claims of being mai bhago and then doings things she told them to do....

The majority of victims here were new to sikhi or quite isolated in terms of exposure to sangat. Some were also prem, sharda Sikhs who would welcome any gursikh into their lives with open arms, the best way to describe this is that feeling when you first take Amrit, you believe everyone is your friend and trustworthy. Well we have a very clear picture from the families we spoke to that they took advantage of all these situations. 

THIS IS A PANTHIC SITUATION because this couple wear guruji's bana and are involved in parchaar.....if people like this continue to go unchecked or un challenged, this brings shame on Guruji's dastaar and bana and people will loose faith it and loose faith in the true gursikhs who also wear guruji's bana....

If this was a personal attack why are so many people, people from other countries, different parts of the UK coming forward with the same story, and this has been going on before this thread or Sikh sangat being involved and the admin on this board will verify that as we have been in touch with them from the early stages of this investigation....

With wahegurus kirpa, once the final steps are put into place with this investigation and this couple still refuse to admit their wrongdoings and anti-gurmat practises....the necessary action will be taken by all panthic bodies in the UK that are involved.

Please bear with us as we are trying to go by all the appropriate channels to ensure this couple, even after everything that has been done, are still given a chance to admit their mistakes and apologise to the panth...we are aware the couple are monitoring this thread and are more than welcome to comment and provide their side of the story if they should wish to....

We will share one example of how horrified we were to learn of a gursikh who were so terrified by their experiences with this couple that they locked themselves in a room for three weeks, even only taking food that was left outside their door....

Sangat jio this is mental abuse and torture all done in the name of sikhi...

so sangat Ji, if you have Facebook, please link to this topic....there may be some you know or don't know that has been affected, this a opportunity for them to know they are not alone.... the general consensus that has become very apparent is people are ashamed and embarrassed to admit something like this could happen to them...that's why were are trying to help,

We are not hesitant, in the original post we had specified the names but this is deemed as personal and until the investigation is complete, we cannot disclose that information, but rest assured that once that investigation proves their guilt, which it will, everything about this couple will be exposed..
