Agree with your points penji but hindus converting/grooming sikhs and other no-hindus is not a result of the dowry system. That was my point... Superkaurs premise is flawed.

If the muslim "dowry" system has led them to groom and convert non-muslim girls, why hasn't the indian system (where dowry is much, much more prevalent often leading to violence, divorce, deaths etc) led indians to groom and convert non-hindu boys?
