Well, mainly I'm asking: 1) Why do so few women wear it? 2) Significance of length?

Vaheguru ji ka khalsa, Vaheguru ji ki fateh. What does the sangat think of a Singhni wearing bana? Guru Sahib gave the bana to the Khalsa, so why is it that soo few women wear it? I think it looks beautiful. I've seen some wearing a chuni over their dastar when in bana as well. Lastly, does the length of bana signify anything?
