  1. oh ok yes i have a few mis spellings didn't bother to spell check was in a hurry... grammar nazi much. Are you a 2nd grade teacher. If not i see a bright future in education for u! and bro even evil people have some gunn.... a smart man learns what he can about his enemies and doesn't hide and attack him on the internet.
  2. yes and also chronic use when people dont put gaps between cycles i wouldnt suggest using for longer than 6-8 weeks max at a time. give your body time to rest maybe a couple of months atleast. The biggest complaint of creatine is that you will lose alot of what you gain. can be explained by water retention which it promotes so once your off you lose that water what will lose some gains in bulkl. main benefit of this if you have hard time gaining weight at all or have completely stalled in your workout gains ... by i mean maxed out physically. for beginners it is not recommended. i would use whey protein one scoop or 28 grams of protein a day should be good for normal work outs. some ppl say consume 3-4 times that a day but you need to remember your body can only obsorb and use so much the rest even though not harmful in proteins case but waste of money. If you have hard time gaining weight and are real skinny then you should be taking a protein powder with also high fat content. whey protein is opposite.
  3. Yes intresting article ok lets break it down... so basically there is an increase in dht to t in blood serum. well lets discuss what are possible effects of increase in dht male pattern baldness and prostate hyerplaisa... but prostate hyerplasia is only a real worry if u already have a pre existing condition. Again study is preliminary and was short term and provides no information on long term effects. again side effect which all drugs have in creatine are limited by the amount you consume... while there is no fda regulation on amount generally t he guidelines on the back of the label are safe and responsible.
  4. I am pointing out the fact that this guy has betan all gatka masters no one has challeged him and beat him yet. well knowledge is knowledge little simple minded brother. in kaal jug you should get knowledge from where ever you can if someone is giving it to you.
  5. go head dude challenge nidar singh... he might have f'ed up ideology he is actually good at what he does.
  6. how can you explain in simple language such a complex biological pathway. If you could i guess you would be the greatest bio chemist that ever lived. Do you write the bio chem for dummies series. just your thought process shows what little you know. What is your profession by the way? great you just said exactly what i said in a longer post good job!!!!!!!!! Then you attack me... good for you. bio chem for dummies. You just wrote whats already on the back of the label.
  7. well just your post shows how ignorant you are and what little medical knowledge you have.... cocaine is used even today by The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Inc. considers cocaine to be a valuable anesthetic and vasoconstricting agent when used as part of the treatment of a patient by a physician. steroids are used commonly in medicine. gunshots well now your just being retarded. like i said don't talk about things you don't comprehend and try to learn when someone is setting you straight. Arrogance and ego will get you no where. just capitulate.
  8. I don't need your articles im a medical doctor. Every thinks they are experts theses days.... Only comment if you know what your talking about. or at least from personal experiences. you said you never used it.... then why u commenting
  9. i didn't say you were, but yes your opinion and comment was useless though.
  10. Don't let people scare you, creatine is safe to take. you are not taking it long term. You will be fine.. just don't exceed the recommended doses on the back.
  11. Yo no one is worshiping pictures of gurus.... Art can be inspiring sometimes just reading something isnt enough and a good artist can visually show you something and it can leave you in awe. Ppl are showing respect to the idea and the thought behind it because it reminds them of the story they read or a verse of gurbani..... When i was a kid i used to imagine and visualize the stories in my head that my grandmother told me.. to this day i a draw on this in adult hood. is that idol worship. the pictures are in my head. no of course not visualizing it helps imprint it in my mind and makes the story more powerful. We are not all about to become saints people you forget culture art history are important in gristhi jeevan.
  12. People aren't robots art can evoke strong emotions,It doesn't seem like anyone is worshiping theses pictures they were in langer hall it seems, not in darbar shaib. Art can be inspiring and thoughtful and beautiful and thought provoking. Sometimes keeping the peace is not the answer.
  13. http://tms.org/pubs/...oeven-9809.html that article you give proves everything im telling you.... read it plz its your own article. the main point of the article if u would stop being lazy is the modern blades made by A.H. Pendray are close but not the same they did chemical analysis which they were off and looked at it under microscope to compare pattern and it was close but still off. you can clearly see it in the pictures how different they are. the article say it is hard to compare because the matrix's and nanotubles are too small to compare and analyze . People were amazed by damascus they didnt know anything.... 30-40 years ago ppl started looking into it again... answered some questions, but many still remain.
  14. you can drudge all the articles you want the truth is every couple of years some one makes the claim and it is soon shot down... ppl have answered many questions about how damascus was forged but also left with many more. We are getting close to how damascus was made originally but just not there yet. if you dont belive me as the guy in the video he will give you the same answer i did. im not sure if you really understanding the whole experimenting thing
  15. http://knivesdamascus.com/damascus-steel/ all your stuff is 20 - 30 years old
  16. he is no close to making wootz.... it what he thinks wootz is... go to some forums he him self talks about how his own wootz is inferior to pattern welded damascus in functionality.
  17. Thank you for thoughts, i agree the one on the right is more pleasing to look at. but my only concern is would ppl accept this style for an everyday kirpan. Part of their 5 ks.
  18. Bro... can be done but it is super labor and time intensive... to do crucible steel. But yes it can be done in your back yard. arrangements fairly cheap. below is a step up, but damn no one answers any of my questions ppl just want answers to their own.
  19. Yo that was my buddy manmeet... he owes me five dolla... next time you see him you will holla at him for me right?
  20. Please give me your opinions on theses kydex sheaths... just some ideas. will have finished sheaths hopefully by friday.
  21. right now there is no clear cut way bro ppl have been trying to figure it out but no one has got it right so far hopefully in the future someone will discover the secrets. That being said modern damascus the stuff my kirpans are made of and what ricfurrers is making is still high end steel even for modern steel. Thanks to their unique forging process, Damascus blades are some of the strongest available. Best of both worlds. There are two main types of steel, each with their advantages and disadvantages. Carbon steel is easier to sharpen but prone to rust and must be treated with silicon wax to withstand the elements. Stainless steel, on the other hand, resists rust but is harder to sharpen. By uniquely combining these two metals, some Damascus knives offer the durability of its stainless steel outer core and the fine cutting edge of its carbon steel inner core. Unique blade. Let’s face it: Even the most pragmatic person enjoys the aesthetic value of a quality kirpan. The wavy water-like pattern on the blade of a Damascus knife makes each one unique and something of a work of art. that what i put on my site info on damscus for ppl who dont really know what it is, with out really going into too much technical info.
  22. Thank god bro you cant understand my frustration... i do not like people getting scammed all these guys claiming real wootz thats what they are doing and charging an arm and leg for their work. I knew a quick search would give you proper knowledge good :biggrin2:
  23. leather is not recommended but can be made if you want, leather attracts moisture and can cause rust if left in sheath for long period of time.If you are someone who oils and maintains his weapons on regular basis like a responsible owner then it would be ok. Alot of ppl dont do that. blades are extremely sharp. i will be posting a series of video's demonstrating strength sharpness and durability of these kirpans like cold steel does :biggrin2:
  24. i am not... im answering your questions, its you guys who are not listening. I have answered all your queries in a timely manner. It is you who refuse to give up on your faulty notions on real wootz. I am just asking you not to be lazy and do some quick Google research. You guys have no idea what real wootz is or what modern wootz is. You dont have basis for me to explain it too you. Not being rude its just you are just throwing all the burden on me and expecting to be spoon fed information.
  25. well this thread has been interesting, yes leather sheaths can be made but not recommended as leather attracts moisture and is not good overtime... causes rust on blades.
