  1. Bhai Nand Lal wrote a poem in the persian language, "Nasro Mansoor Guru Gobind Singh" I am interested in looking up the first two lines written not in Gurmukhi or English but in Persian.. i cant find them online.. if anyone knows a source or how to write those two lines in Persian, your help will be very appreciated: Nasro Mansoor Guru Gobind Singh Eaezadhee Mansoor Guru Gobind Singh.
  2. Those "Singhs" weren't Karkoos or real Singhs.. i wanna say they were hired by the police to harass the sikhs into serving them food so that while the sikh family were busy preparing and serving the food those "singhs" will hide weapons in the houses so that when the police came in later on the police can easily charge the sikh family for hiding weapons in the house.. it was basically a tactic to charge the sikhs and come up with an excuse to arrest them on the basis of those weapons thus, holding them in jails and oppressing them.. something that was advocated by both the Punjab and Indian govts to oppress sikhs.. please dont refer to those people as karkoos.. Rajoana and Hawara are real karkoos..
  3. Guru Gobind Singh Maharaj righfully said "when an affair outstrips all machinations, it is legitimate to grip the hilt of the sword".. the only solution to this discrimination and oppression from the indian gov't is for all sikhs to grip the hilt of that sword and claim a revolution.. revolt all the jails where our beloved singhs are held and release them with force .. with the grip of the Khanda Sahib in our hands,. with teers in our hands to battle and fight anyone who comes in our way... create such an uproar that Delhi and Punjab sarkaar shakes at the might of the Sikhs.. thats what we need..UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL but then again, its easier said than done... it is unfortunate that 1984 and post-1984 has stirred fear in the hearts of the sikhs.. we've lost our dear friends and families in one way or the other.. people dont want to revolt they dont want to go against the govt they dont want to fight for justice and righteous as our dear Gurus taught us.. Miri Piri de Malik Guru HarGobind Ji rose an army against the Mughals when their father, Shaheedan De Sartaaj Guru Arjan Dev Ji attained Shaheedi at the hands of the Mughals... Our Dashmesh Pita rose up against the Mughals when their father Hind Di Chadar Guru Tegh Bahadhur Ji attained Shaheedi at the hands of the Mughals.. In fact, Guru Gobind Singh Ji sacrificed not only their father, but also their mother, Mata Gujri, and their four beloved sons for the sakes of Sikhi! Such example can be emphasized where the Guru chose his pyar for his Khalsa and his Sikhi over his pyar for his own family members! Unfortuantely, the Guru's example isnt there anymore.. THAT IS WHY IT IS SO EASY FOR THE INDIAN GOVT AND PUNJAB GOVT TO OPPRESS THE SIKHS!! because today, we have more pyar for our family members than for our Sikhi.. today we are afraid of loosing more family members.. even if one family member, rises and says he/she is going to revolt against the indian govt, their family members throu emotional blackmail will stop the person.. they will claim that since 1984, they've lost their son, uncle, grandfather, father.. their mother, daughter, aunt was raped etc.. and shed tears to stop that particular person from going ahead to revolt... if people can put their pyar for sikhi ahead of their pyar for their family members and follow the path shown to us by our Dashmesh Pita, then only can we revolt against such oppression and solve this issue once and for all.. if i have said anything wrong or hurt anyone, i beg your humble forgiveness. RAJJ KAREGA KHALSA, AAKHI RAVE NA KOI!
  4. do you even know why Guru Amar Das Ji rejected the veil covering of a woman's face? because the veil covering supressed the personality of a woman and reflected her inferior status.. such is depicted in the culture of the Islam religion.. Sikhi doesnt recognize that.. Sikhi treats women and men with equality. but as MehtabSingh's hilarious examples proved, it is perfectly okay for the woman to wear googles and cover face while driving scooter .. after all she has to protect her eyes and skin.. its practical health reasons..
  5. I am personally suffering from a hearing disability as i was born pre-mature.. however, in addition to that, i also had 2 life threatening surgeries at ages of day 1 and 19 yrs. in between those 19 years, i was always weak and remained thin... soon, i was diagnosed with anemia and my small intestines were infused with bacteria at the age of 17.. it was a life threatening surgery and thus, the doctor tried 2 yrs to treat with medication (i gotta say i was hospitalized atleast 10 times)... and my small intestine issue was gone after my surgery with the kirpa of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.. but yes, i am still suffering from hearing disability and my parents have also suffered and have had a hard time due to my health issues... my dad is always saying we are being punished for our past deeds... but at the same time, we try to do good deeds and do seva everywhere... and i am always counting my blessings b/c even if i suffered for 19 years and have a hearing disability, Guru Gobind Singh Ji has blessed me with such a great family with well supporting parents, uncles, aunts, and cousins... i know people have suffered more than i have... but its all about your past deeds ..but folks, never forget your blessings even small ones such as having a roof over your head, having a car, having parents, and getting 3 square meals a day!
  6. i am not surprised Gaini Gurbachan Singh is quiet on this issue,.. like others, he too dances to the tunes of Parkash Singh Badal. Rebel Singh: SLAVERY INDEED! "freedom from slavery is achieved only when a person starts to feel and understand he would prefer death to life as a slave" -Mahapurkh Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale.
  7. That is the very definition of a Sikh! AKKAALLLLLLL Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave Sikhs one pure appearance in the Khalsa, intertwining Sikhs together. Today, these very Sikhs are separated and torn apart into different groups. I pray that one day, we can all connect back into the intertwined Sikhs of Guru Gobind Singh. :waheguru:
  8. lol, i was just curious.. i even asked for forgiveness beforehand.. i m still learning so it sparked a curiousity within me :blink2: ... okie dokie Singho, i will search up Taksaal's interpretation.. thank you jee :biggrin2:
  9. I will beg for your forgiveness beforehand if i make any mistake by saying what i am about to say... but now that I think about it, Hindu's were largely populated at the times of Guru Gobind Singh.. it is a strong possibility that Guru Sahib did indeed meant it as a metaphorical way of showing the power of Waheguru. That Guru Sahib meant to say that just like Ram recieved his power from Waheguru, similarily we all receive blessings of Waheguru to go through the tasks in our lives.. that only with Waheguru's kirpa are we successful. That without Waheguru, such tasks cant be achieved. Now in regards to using Ram and Krishna in Dasam Bani, Guru Sahib obviously wanted to show Hindus that Ram and Krisna weren't God.. it was Waheguru who blessed them with the Kirpa...In the Zaffarnama. 95॥I have killed hill Rajas (kings) who are bent on mischief. They are stone idol worshippers, I break idols and I worship one Lord. (Zaffarnama, Guru Gobind Singh Ji) this is also a way of stating that everyone should worship Waheguru not Ram and Krishna who were blessed by God... if anyone is knowledgeble on such a topic, please shed some light
  10. No, my point was that why insult bani by shortening it.. what i meant by this was what happened at Sri Darbar Sahib where the Rehras Sahib was shortened and that version was imposed against the Sangat... why was this paath shortened??? shortening the paath in 1920's and 30's is in itself an insult no?
  11. THANK YOU! Bani should be read the way its written why even insult it by shortening it?...
  12. which Sikh Organization emerged in Post 1984?
  13. my interpretation of bani? Sikhi teaches the panj chor ... go ask any high granthi or strict Sikh he will explain to you that Sikhi is against homosexuality if my interpretation isnt enough for you just because i am 21?..yes, i am only 21.. says so in my profile under age... .uneducated? i was brought up in a Sikh Household where both my parents did paath every single morning and we all went to Gurdwara every Sunday ... i got deep into Sikhi myself at the age of 12-13 and started doing paath and research myself.. yes, i do not know everything and i am still learning... never mind.. y m i arguing and defending against an ignorant fool such as yourself and wasting my time here?
  14. "singhfauja" ji.. before i say anything i will request your forgiveness if i have said anything wrong.. but seeing your statement i am curious.. Didn't Guru Gobind Singh Ji spend 9 months at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib reciting and teaching the meaning of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji? Guru Gobind Singh Ji himself appointed Baba Deep Singh Ji and Bhai Mani Singh Ji as the heads of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib so that both of them continue to teach bani? "singhfauja" ji what is the whole point of the Damdami Taksaal? To teach bani and Sikhi.. Isnt the fact that Guru Gobind Singh Ji himself started this Taksaal to teach bani and Sikhi in itself the proof that this Rehraas Sahib is "sampooran"? Isnt that fact proof enough that they got this right to force that bani onto the entire panth?!!? And what did the Taksaal do wrong in 1980's?? Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale walked throughout Punjab with his head held high! He gave such speeches and asked Sikhs to stay away from alcohol and drugs and to become Amritdharis and follow the roop of Guru Gobind Singh Ji! What did the Taksaal do wrong?
  15. Did the Guru's say anything against sex and procreation? No, all they said was have sex within marriage and dont commit the grave sin of adultery.. only to share a bed w your wife. .no one else.. ok i will agree that having sex with a wife also involves lust.. but the commenter to whom i responded stated that "so what if the ragi is gay...sikhi is not against homosexuality" Sikh is clearly against Homosexuality! why the hell would bani advocate Homosexuality? and if that wasnt bad enough, the commenter took it even further and went to the limits of calling a ragi gay? haye waheguru...
  16. Most people who have a negative view towards Khalistan and Sant Bhindranwale are ignorants! They believe in what the biased media fed them. However, they should do their own research. I have seen these kind of people form a negative view towards those who put Sant Bhindranwale stickers on their cars or wear Sant Bhindranwale and Khalistan tees. Hell, my own mother is one of them. I bought a large poster of Sant Bhindranwale from Amritsar last summer to hang in my room. And both my mother and my little brother hate the poster. They both view him as an extremist. My mother blames Post-1984, which resulted in the death of her dear brother, on Sant Bhindranwale. My brother simply is biased his view on my mothers. People need to research instead of being ignorant and relying on biased information. However, there are some who yell slogans and wear tees of KHALISTAN ZINDABAD when all they know is that Khalistan is the call for a separate Sikh Nation. But they do not know why Khalistan is needed and how India is discriminating against Sikhs and Punjab. These people also need to educate themselves so that when others ask them about Sant Bhindranwale and Khalistan, they are ready to give answers and have discussions. In regards to a "sport" tee of Khalistan. clearly Khalistan isn't a politically recognized state.. thus its lack of national sport teams. and lastly, I HATE TO BE CALLED AN INDIAN. i would rather say I PROUD TO BE A KHALISTANI!
  17. My mom's brother's eldest son who lives near Baba Bakala, Amritsar used to be a very bright and smart student in school and was also a body builder and a great local Kabadi star.. until he got into the wrong group and started doing drugs. He went into rehab many times and still has not reformed.. getting introduced to drugs, he dropped out of school and even stopped playing Kabadi.. no one can ever believe that the skinny guy they look at today once used to be the strong body builder and Kabadi star.. he is always taking money from his mom and younger brother and using it on drugs. his mom cries everyday.. drugs has ruined such a great family.. his father used to be a pind surpanch who got shot down in the post-1984 terrorism. if his dad was alive he probably would have disclipined my cousin... my dad always says that if my cousin hadn't gotten into the influence of drugs, today he would be playing Kabadi on an international level... just thought of sharing this
  18. As @Pyara already mentioned, "As per Baba Tarlok Singh (Shaheed Bhai Satwant Singh's father), Satwant Singh had become a patit to excel his career in order to move closer within Indira's personal security." I agree Bhai Ranjit Sngh Dhadrianwale's katha for 2.5 hours may be long to watch.. .but I would strongly recommend you watch it. It is highly informative and well worth the time.
  19. I am not sure if Shaheed Satwant Singh was an Amritdhari but he was surely a Keshdhari... on Diwali 1984, Satwant Singh and Beant Singh went to Amritsar on Diwali to do Darshaan at Harminder Sahib. After seeing the damage done at Harminder Sahib, standing in front of Akaal Takht Sahib, both Satwant Singh and Beant Singh did ardas. Before reaching home, Satwant Singh cut off his kesh and went to his house in Punjab. He explains to his father that cutting Kesh was a necessity. Then 5 days before killing Indra Gandhi, Satwant Singh took Amrit at a gurdwara in Delhi. I believe in regards to the paintings and the small beard is that the paintings were made after he cut his kesh and it is a possibility that Satwant Singh never took a pic. Bhai Ranjit Singh Dhardianwale talks in detail about Satwant Singh and his wife Surinder Kaur.
  20. SIKHI IS AGAINST HOMOSEXUALITY!... homosexuality has to do with purely lust... and doesnt Sikhi teaches to control the Panj Chor? with Lust being one of them'?
  21. I still dont understand that when Sri Akal Takht Sahib declared Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana as JINDA SHAHEED what right does BJP have on calling him a terrorist? I guess BJP is still following the footsteps of Indra Gandhi who labelled Sant Bhindranwale a terrorist.. India must really hate Sikhs cuz they love to discriminate against Sikhs...
  22. WHY WHY WHY IS THE BJP INTERFERING IN SIKH ISSUES AND RIGHTS??? They have NO rights whatsoever!.. only the five Takhts has that right... heck not even Parkash Singh Badal has such rights but the whole of Punjab dances to the tunes of Parkash Singh Badal and the corrupt Akaali Dal.. Parkash Singh Badal has had more than enough Raj over Punjab... we need a honest man to take Punjab into the right path.. thus, Guru Gobind Singh Ji's hukam "RAJNEETI PARNI" lastly in regards to terrorism?... the words of Mahapurkh Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale "If getting Sikhs to take amrit and stay away from drugs, alcohol, abstain from trimming their hair and beards, defending the honor of our sisters and the spilling blood of the shaheeds is the work of a terrorist then yes I am a terrorist"
  23. Guru Sahib surely fulfills all our prayers at the right time.. neither is he ever late or early.. he is always on time.. it is only us who are in a rush to get our prayers answered to.
