if you ask me, i dont understand why anyone should meet anyone else through pictures or whatever. i think people should find each other on their own, not through some pseudo matchmaking service set up by their parents. i also think its wrong to confine yourself to one type of person (whether it be religously, caste, race, etc. etc.) since you could be more happy with someone who doesnet just seem like a good fit, but actually is one.

im leaving this forum, obviously each of you are determined to give your "advice" to everyone. Some of you need to evaluate what you said here. Just because im an athiest doesent make me an easy target for you to blast and try to convert. goodbye forever.

this thread is gonna get closed by mods if we get too angry... i think there are too many sikh boys nowdays who want to look all tough and cool. i hear you loud and clear, i was a vegetarian for a while for safety and health reasons, and my mom wouldnt let up until i stopped. Just try every vegetarian food there is, and eat loottss of roti.

i made my own beliefs after researching a bit. I'm only 15, so i'll probably change a few times before I choose a true religion. The only 2 I semi agree with is Buddhism and Sikhism. advice? its not advice. you THINK its advice because you THINK your right. If you gave me just information like singhy said, then I could form my OWN opinion. Also, dont start givving me "advice" until you're asked.

That was my cousins ID first of all, i wouldnt double ID. They are on their way back to england right now, and when they reach there i can get a hold of them for you. i dont think you understand, the hives arent even my faviroute band. I do think pop punk is stupid and i hate it, but dont you realize that someone can hate most of something but like some of it? I have critisims of the hives, like their lyrics and them calling themselves pop punk, (which i dont agree with) but i still enjoy them quite a bit. I used THEM instead of my faviroute band (The Who) because not as many would have heard of them. I was assigned this caste, and this race, and i dont have to love it. Just because im brown doesent mean i have to love punjabi music. I dislike it and THATS THAT. I hate it, because it doesent make me want to move. ROCK makes me want to move. I've sat through hundreds of partys listening to the music and hating it. and dude, im a jazz musician myself and I know about music. I've listened to the greats like Bob Dylan, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, Jerry Lee Lewis (i dont care about his private life), and Chuck Berry for years. i have to make a serious attempt, because it all sounds like preaching to me.
