  1. This has to be the most ridiculous post I've seen.

It looks like people are starting a petition for everything these days.

If your husband keeps failing the citizenship test, you want the government to change their rules, just because he can't revise and learn and pass the exam?

Maybe someone should start a petition to tell your husband to spend more time studying so he can pass the exam in the first place.

Agreed, i'm not saying its an easy test to do but I know a few people that have done it and some of them are not the most educated but they all passed first time.

    http://www.lifeintheuktest.gov.uk/htmlsite/self2_20.html

They all got the handbook and said all the questions in the book are the ones covered in the test.

just do a 3 month english course, get certifcate , bang thas it. wjkk wjkf ji.

or go to hounslow>>>>>get one certificate there and then.

  2. I used to start topics like this a while back, interestingly it still such a big issue so many months later. As a bibi with huge brows and a few facial hair, more boyish looking than anything else really, gota say my singh is truly a singh, a gursikh of Guru ji. Guru ji has you in his thoughts no matter what you thinking and he'll see you're ok always. Do your simran............ Leave the rest to Him.

  3. Okay issue, please any1 reply quick.

  4. Benti to all members,

Please focus ONLY on your voice soing the simran Waheguru waheguru jaap, That ois a very important point

Other focuses of images etc etc is not going to be reach higher avastha

My reference: Akath Katha (Bhai Sahib Ajit Singh)

    Waheguru ji ka khalsa

    Waheguru ji ki fateh

  5. Waheguru fateh

What i do is smile, look at them but take nothing in. Try it, you'll soon get the practis eof it. You can not obviously avoid the world, take the world on in your stride.

If you think its gona affect you then do above, do amritvela and try to get darshan of Guru Granth sahib ji b4 you go to work.

    Maan jeeteh jag jeet

  6. penji,

basically we trying to kill our furneh > thoughts

When we think bout random stuff we wasting our swas kunjee....breathe to do waheguru, our job is to luth that kajana...... the treasure of our father and grandfather, see shabad in SGGS JI

When we save our swas and use em in naam simran whatever we may be doing at the time at work etc, we doing a truly good thing.....

    Waheguru ji

  7. Penji bascially when our avastha starts goin up and reaching stages KAAL gets his army stronger and comes at us from different ways and tries to steal our simran and love for waheguru. Kaal can notbelieve we so sorted and tries to make us feel angry or whatever, 5 vices......

Stay strong, Don't think bout anything, Jaap more naam

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh

  8. You may have heard of Swindon and Moga where Akath Katha happens by bhai sahib Ajit Singh. I am not in to it but respect those who are especially my brothers.

They jap naam together, no on eoges ahead of the other so they getting in the boat together, when i do attend i find it very uplifting simran. Some people get shabad surth da mel, which is connection and it is always quite inspiring to see.

I just can't get my head around some of their explanations but the Simran is Out of this world.

  9. Most people i have known and had discussions with those who have mentioned how difficult it is in this country. But its down to us, when we have pyar for our Guru, we'll do nething. Like go to sleep early. Its easily a want to have late night smagams and other sangat time but make a good routine and stick by it. Routines help us in many ways all thru life.

Try and go to gurdwara if its near by for amritvela. I usualluy find it difficult to sit at home and do banis, so going there. After a good hour simran wth sangat then going to read banis, Pure bliss. :wubc:

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh

  10. hmm....

second pic does not look very respectful, chalo...

i dont know who'd want to own a pocket size Guru Granth Sahib ji...with the level of beadbi that can be done and the hard to follow shabads, that small
