  1. Thank you for the link. However I must request Sangat to actually BUY this book directly from him, as it will help him with covering his costs with his work.
  2. I had a Hindu brother claim that Sant Ji had over 5000 hindus killed. However they never seem to have any proof for this, what they do is, misquote his speeches. There was alot of misinformation spread about Sant Ji, which is still being carried on right now.
  3. I find that tickets from southaltravel are normally cheapest for me. I recommend going in person, as the call centre is abit iffy and they sometimes quote a higher price. Like West London Singh said, its sometimes cheaper going to Delhi first and then making your way to Punjab via train/taxi/coach. The last flight I used was BMI and they were around £520 to Amritsar via Delhi, however they land around 2am'ish in the morning.
  4. forgive me, but this is totally wrong, these people will leave a very negative impression in the minds of those people, this will not bring them closer to SatGuru Ji. I would like them try this with the RadhaSoamis, Naamdharis, Nirankaris, etc or even the Shiv Sena in panjab..
  5. When the Sikhs come under the Nishan Sahib as brothers and sisters, start doing naam simran and believing in their SatGuru again, we will be connected directly to the biggest intelligence source of the universe, vaheguru. We won't need any Sikh intelligence. However (coming back to earth), we as sikhs are so divided that its a bloody joke when people talk about a independant sikh nation. forgive me, but its true. Raw agents are probably trained heavily to look just like sikhs, turban, beard, knowledge about gurbani..etc.. We can't compete...not yet anyway
  6. Ultimately it all comes back to Siri SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji., from whom everyone takes guidance, for without SatGuru Ji there is no Sikhi. You want to know your true self and connect, see, feel, be one with and go back home to Vaheguru, this is where Siri SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji comes in. From Siri SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji, we get all knowledge spiritual, which also helps guide us in our worldly affairs, through the Guru Khalsa, i.e. Panj Pyare, the Five beloved of Vaheguru. I personally believe that to be a Pany Pyare you need to be one with Vaheguru first, thats the ideal anyway. Now if Guru Khalsa Panth says that Dasam Granth is part of the Panth, then so be it. I feel that Dasam Granth is more about world history, i.e. Chubis Avatar. I believe it was part of a bigger granth called the Vidya Sagar. Problem is that our Gurdwaras are lacking in the Parchaar department
  7. thats quite serious, do you have any links to youtube videos???? where I can watch/hear this?
  8. vaheguru ji ka khalsa, vaheguru ji ki fateh, I came across a beautiful line shabad which I wanted to share with the sangat here The Lord is like sugar, spilled onto the sand; the elephant cannot pick it up. Says Kabeer, give up your ancestry, social status and honor; be like the tiny ant - pick up and eat the sugar. ||2||3||12|| Siri SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji - Ang 927 beautiful ps. I have no idea why the gurbani text is not coming up when I post this, however in the editor I can see the text clearly.
  9. I just dislike santa singh and his blind followers. You are right though, I do need education on Sikh history. How exactly is sarna promoting atheism? Thats a serious statement to make. You're saying he is actively breaking people away not only from Sikhi, but from God/Vaheguru??? Congress, BJP, etc all the same.
  10. Yeah Mods, please listen to the LION of Punjab and keep an eye on me, maybe two I'm not clever my brother, I am nothing compared to you, I am the dust of your feet. I found this link for you Lion of Punjab - MEOW http://www.manglacharan.com/2011/05/chandi-pargat-hona-katha-by-giani-baba.html
  11. yeah tell me about it, I went to India last year and visited the place where Siri SatGuru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj done a Havan to pargat Devi so that he can ask her to bless the newly formed Khalsa, well thats what they were saying there. missionaries....lol Admin note : because of above comment, you are under quality control moderation.
  12. Right, thats a really intelligent educated come back. Sarna and co are congress touts. What are the Akali party, SGPC, All Jatherdhars of Panj takhats then? Touts of BJP. You really need to get rid of this misconception in your mind that in Hindustan everything Anti-Sikh is Congress. Congress, BJP, Shiv Sena, VHP, BHP, Bajrang Dal, BSS, etc...are mostly anti-Sikh, some are overtly anti-sikh and some are covertly anti-sikh. I see the Sarna Vs SGPC fight more a Caste fight, i.e. Jatt Vs Khatri....(who the extremely educated Hindu Lover Master Tara Singh labelled as Bhapay, it was him who coined that term to degrade and insult our Sikh brothers, Now HE was a HINDU TOUT) Do you know what the meaning of Nastik is? The orginal definition of Nastik is a person who does not see the Hindu Vedas as an authority. However people nowadays in India see Nastik's as Atheist. How are Sarna, etc Atheist? We as Sikhs need to stop this chicken fights, which are created on purpose to divide the Sikhs, so that our attention is diverted inwards, rather than on the snake who is creeping around outside our house. As for Santa "Chandu Brahmin", was called upon by Shaheed Sant Jarnail Singh Binderanwaley to join the cause of the Sikhs, however his concerns fell on deaf ears. It is a known fact that the SGPC were involved with the GOI. All these Nihungs who come out on HollaMohalla in their thousands, play holi with colours like the Hindus, should hang their heads in shame, they betrayed their Sikh brothers and sisters who were slaughtered. Let me tell you, the Sikhs which were murdered, raped, killed, jailed during the 80's and 90's were normal Sikhs, like YOU and ME, they were not affiliated with any political party, organisations, etc. They were normal innocent Sikhs, householders, business men, labourers, etc. Brother/Sister you need to realise we are on the same side, however we need to educate ourselves on how the enemy works. We also need to learn how to represent ourselves. Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh.
  13. Santa Singh was dying and he didn't want to die outside of the so called panth (yes I said so called). His friends who are not in control of the Sri Akaal Thakat arranged him to be taken in. I also question the DEATH of CONSCIOUSNESS of all the Sikhs, especially Guru Ki Ladli fauj. Its interesting how people choose to ignore the Truth and facts. repented, yeah right. water under the bridge as they say.
  14. Thanks for the links N30...interesting stuff I think Yogi Bhajan was a udasi.
  15. vaheguru ji ka khalsa, vaheguru ji ki fateh, I was reading up on the life of Siri SatGuru Arjan Dev Ji and came across the following video and article which I found interesting. I never knew that Siri SatGuru Arjan Dev Ji asked Baba Sri Chand for his input in completing Sukhmani. Can somebody shed some more light on this please??? http://www.sikhiwiki...ex.php/Sukhmani here are some comments in the youtube video section Baba Sri Chand, the elder son of Guru Nanak, came to Amritsar to meet Guru Arjan, who was engaged in writing Sukhmani. The Guru had completed sixteen astpadis (verses) and requested that he continue the composition. Baba Sri Chand recited the salok i — “adi sachu, jugadi sachu; hai bhay sachu, Nanak hosi bhay sach." The mantra can be recited to get you "unstuck" when you are facing a block in yourself. gurukasinghin reply to youclone 1 year ago Correction:- Baba Siri Chand went to Amritsar to meet Guru Ram Das ji and Guru ji bowed to him in reverence and humility and it was there where the Raj Jog throne was also given to Guru Ram Das ji.While reciting/composing Sukhmani sahib, Guru Arjan Dev ji stuck on a pauri and went to Baba Siri Chand ji (Gurdwara Barath Sahib) to let it keep flowing then Baba Siri Chand gave Aad Sachu Jugaad Sachu Hai bhay sach nanak hosi bhai sach P.S- This katha was in one of the audios by SSS j TheSikhDharmain reply to gurukasingh 1 year ago
  16. You say he wasn't fit to be SatGuru, I have heard that story too, how Siri SatGuru Nanak Dev Ji tested his sons to see if they were worthy or not. however didn't Siri SatGuru Hargobind Sahib Ji give his son to Baba Sri Chand as his successor? It is also claimed that Siri SatGuru Arjan Dev Ji asked Baba Sri Chand for his input for completing Sukhmani and Baba Sri Chand reply with Aad Sach, Jugad Sach, hai bhi sach, Nanak hosi bhi sach. http://www.sikhs.org/gurdwaras/fam1.htm http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Baba_Sri_Chand
  17. in that video, nobody was there apart from the person making the video. All we saw was one statue of Baba Sri Chand and another statue of him, some paintings, etc Did we see anybody offering the statue any flowers? or do pooja?, etc etc. you need to get some reading lessons or maybe glasses. Maybe we can setup a donations page for you? How about that? Panthic glasses for SHER :l: i am not having any arguements, I am only asking questions, which you take as arguements. What is mainstream Sikhi? is that a new type of Sikhi? How many streams are there? Baba Sri Chand started the Udasi Lehar, which is now part of the Sikh Panth. There was a hukamnama from Sri Akaal Thakat Sahib where the Udasi's were taken back into the panth and the Nihungs along with baba Santa Singh, who was kicked out of the panth, but later his friends took him back in. Maybe I don't know as much as you do, or some other scholars on this site. However one thing is certain, you can't read. I wonder how you get by in life... anyway, no offense to you of course, so if I have offended you in anyway, please accept my appologies. have nice weekend SHER :l: vaheguru ji ka khalsa, vaheguru ji ki fateh
  18. I don't have no evidence, I never claimed I had any!!! I was asking if anybody can shed some light on this. when did I fault sikh history. I did however call the good for nothing,Santa Singh a poodle of Indra Ghandi. A Traitor, who should never have been allowed back into the panth. I did say that.
  19. We all know about the history behind Siri SatGuru Granth Sahib Ji and abit about Sri Dasam Granth and how it was compiled too. However, apart from a few jathedhars like santa (traitor-indra's poodle) singh saying Siri SatGuru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaaj wrote Sarbloh Granth, what other evidence is there that SatGuru Ji indeed wrote it? I first heard about this granth about 10 years ago, infact, it was on a snatan sikhism website I saw them mention it, however regarding its history, can anybody share any information please? Are there any english translations around? vaheguru ji ka khalsa, vaheguru ji ki fateh
  20. Man you gotta keep up and pay attention. where did I say it was ok? I post one link to a website and you think I spend all my time there? grow up, your replies are becoming more and more childish, you seriously have to stop with this mystic meg style replies. how old are you by the way? I think Yogi Bhajan is from the Udasi order. Next time you are in Panjab, visit some Udasi deras and babas.
  21. I'm not going anywhere, just not replying to his post, if he wants, he can contact me. not even a ban can keep me away..lol its all a learning experience...we are all here to learn..
