This topic is being posted in order to help a relative who has been confused and made not to buy a house which he is interested in. So this relative of mine seeked advise of another relative before buying house and they other relative said since this house is facing toward south he would never buy this house because he have known of many cases which are examples of bad luck . I am completely against this <edited> stupid vastu or fing shui. The relative of mine never ever belived in this stupid stuff and never knew about this stuff. But since the other relative gave them this advise to not to buy this house they are not going to buy it. Since they also call them followers of Guru Nanak and have shardha in Guru Nanak Sahib I want them to have a look at strong condemnation of this directional sh!t according to gurmat. They also do not want to proceed because they think the other relative might get offended if they do not take his advice which is typically Indian thing. Ok so here is what I want. Very strong points which can even change the mind of that person who thinks south direction is bad. I can very well prove them wrong with numerous gurbani quotes but I need sangat's help. Thanks.

we tried spreading awareness by designing and printing Bhai Rajoana T Shirts and sold them on cost price and then ended up paying around $700 from our pocket rather than contributing to Bhai Sahib's family. I was saying that when we intentionally on the mission of showing these avtars very low we use Sri dasam sahib's bani to support our argument. When Guru Sahib ji writes chapters of Sri Dasam ji even Guru ji's intention is not to disrespect any one but to only make us understand that Akal Purakh is the supreme and also the Dharam Yudh. If guru sahib mentions the shortcomings of krishna and rama at the same time they are also praised for their qualities. They are not just anyone who Guru Sahib felt to use their stories. They were the avtars sent by Akal Purakh who failed as Akal Purakh wrote in their destiny. and we are very well aware of not worshipping them but the only akal purakh. so i do not know what you are talking about the clear massage of Guru Sahib? I am describing here the problem with us and not that something guru sahib has done that you thought i dared to write. Also many shabads have mangal of ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ in the beginning of them which is a common mangal used in gurbani for many shabads. First Bhagat Ramanand ji met Guru Nanak Dev ji Maharaj and became his disciple ( Bhagat ji addresses Guru Sahib as SATGUR) : ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਮੈ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤੋਰ ॥ Then all of the disciples met Guru Nanak Paatshah and they all became disciples of Guru Sahib. This was not an ordinary thing. Of course all the bhagats had immense kamai and bhgati to have the opportunity to get direct gyaan from Guru Sahib and be able to compose huge part of GURBANI. As per Krishan ji, I have learned not to disrespect any of these avtari purashs. While listening to katha by Sant Gyani Gurbachan Singh ji, all these avtars like Ram, krishan, even Shiv and Vishu are all addressed as krishan bhagwan, shiv ji maharaj, vishnu bhagwan etc. and look at us with no divine knowledge at all we are disrespecting them like they were nothing. And then we refer to Sri Dasam Granth Sahib to even diss them more but we forget that this is what Guru Sahib ji are saying and we are no one to be equal to guru sahib. avtari purash had something them them to become avtari purashs and what do we have in us? Are we even good enough to be called gursikhs? Oh well being a gursikh? Could we imagine ourself to be chosen as an avtari purash by akal purakh? We all know the answer and we all know how papi we are. Avtars were sent by Akal Purakh and of course they had something in them to be able to be a representative of Akal Purakh? Did Akal Purakh not know that these avtar will fail? or may be they were not even given that task that we think they failed in. They were all in Hukam and they did everything just like Akal Purakh wanted them to do. If they would have succeeded in making people japp naam then we would have naan already and this would not have caused Akal Purakh to come on earth in the roop of Guru Nanak Sahib. there might be many illogics in the above paragraph but it was just written to understand the point of will of Akal Purakh. Why do we have to worry about these things when we know we got the poora guru, samrath guru, satguru sacha paatshah. There is always a reason needed for things to happen. Akal Purakh did all this rachna. he created all this play to have mercy on us. We kaljugi jeevs are so lucky then anyone else that we got Guru Sahib. I hope this topic will no longer show hate and disrespect toward avtari purashs and other members. I was going to search all the bhagat bani and listen to the katha of shabads where the word Satgur is. I started with Bhagat Kabir ji and then I thought I should listen to Bhagat Ramanand Ji's one and only shabad in gurbani and Ramanand ji also used the word Satguru in his shabad. This is what I love about Sant ji. Sant ji always do 2 or more arths of gurbani. 2nd version is katha of nirgun swaroop and even though u see words like krishan, his mother devki, his village bindraban in this shabad and you will wonder how can someone do katha of this shabad not not relate to Krishan at all. You will be surprised when you will listen to the katha below by Sant ji. i put lots of garlic in my food when i cook and i love garlic and even when i get a chance to make langar I just put lots of garlic:) I just love the flavour. But facts mentioned abt garlic are true and many people do not use it. I know hari singh ji randhawewale do not eat food which has garlic,red chillies, onion, ginger etc.. He was telling tht sant gurbachan singh ji took bachan from him that he wont consume these things.
