I am requesting Sikhsangt to announce officially on forums to recite jaap sahib jaaps celebrating coming parkash diwas of Dasam Paatshah Sri Guru Gobind Singh Sahib ji. I would like to sevadars to set a goal for how many numbers of Jaap Sahib paaths to be done. and also who ever wants to do additional dasam bani can also list that for example 10 jaap sahib + 20 Chopai Sahib + 5 Chandi di // + 5 Akal Ustat and any other dasam bani u can do.

the answer is no difference. differences are made by haters. maryada is only one and what is not being followed by any of these groups is what they are missing. Just like every person is not same therefore people like different stuff and they associate them with different jathebandia of their interests. People who love sangti roop kirtan in a way that more and more bani is read regardless of certain strict style of singing and in an easy and attractive way from beginner level ability to understand and create interest in kirtan to advance level of getting rass from bani in sangti-kirtani roopi form, best fit themselves in AKJ, people who get anand from listening katha of gurbani and learning pure pronunciation of gurbani associate them selves to taksal and guru pyare who like shastar vidya like to be associated with nihang dals. but these jathebandia are not limited to what I have mentioned however they are specialized in these functions. Just like every country has the air force, army and navy, same way our religion has different jathebandies who are committed to Sikh panth and doing seva. This does not mean that akj do not listen to katha or take part in shastar vidya or taksal does not sing kirtan or so shastar vidya or nihang singhs do not sing kirtan or learn santhya. everyone takes part in everything according to their interests. There were never any disagreements between jathebandies back in the days and mahapurashs of every jathebandi used to give 100 percent satkar to each other regardless of any minor differences between vichaars. But now days I see retard people disrespecting other jathebandies openly as they think themselves higher than the mukhies of jathebandies who never insulted each other.

Guru sahib is free to Call Krishna whatever they want and your logic for jap of hari and jap of krishna is so childish. Then you would say jap of ram chandra when the Word Ram comes in gurbani. If you do know then for you kind information in gurbani many words which are same in reading and writing still hold different meanings. if you again disagree with what i have said I would really love to hear the meanings of the lines from you. sachi this is such an intersting topic.avatars like Sri Ram Chandra came again and again on earth but my question is do guru sahibs come to earth every kalyug? i mean why guru sahibs have to come again and again on earth. one thing which is find in gurbani seems to be supporting this topic but I cannot recall the paawan tuk from gurbani which says there were many brahamas, shivs, vishnus, indras and many other devte. they are probably ones who gets created each and every yug.

i like your point Singh559 but the aim is to make the world aware of our history via easiest medium which is also entertaining in terms of visual content graphic arts etc. but there shouldn't be any compromise with history ie. no change in history or skipping any important information.

I agree 100% and I believe that we kalyugi jeevs are bigger sinners than Ravan was in Satyug of Sri Ram Chandra. We are not disrespecting anyone but trying to understand what guru sahib Ji is saying about avtari purushs.

In this animated version of Ramayana Sri Ram Chandra asks Sita to prove her purity when he kills Ravan. I have never heard this Or seen it before in other normal versions of Ramayana which are shown on TV channels. Also this movie says that it is based on Valmiki's Ramayana. After Sita passes the Agni parikhya Ram accepts her but when they go back to Ayodhya Ram sends her back in forests because his praja questions her purity. I am not sure if Sri Ram Chandra is praised as Maryada Purshotam because he did not care about his personal relationship with Sita and did what his Praja wanted even though he knew Sita was pure. I want to know what exactly Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji says about Sri Ram Chandra in Ramavtar. Which mistakes and qualities did guru sahib pointed out about Sri Ram and what Sikhya do we get from Ramavtar. I would love to read a compare and contrast between this video and Ramavatar from Sri Dasam Ji.
