  8. Hi, To be honest, trimming hair wont make much difference, its the health of the hair/scalp. I cut my hair and i have really damaged hair. I suggest the following; Steaming your hair. I know it sounds odd but it adds moisture to your hair/scalp (Will help with both split ends and your dry scalp. Basically, put a oil in your hair (scalp as well), use your fingertips to massage your scalp (dont rub it - that breaks hair). Wrap your head in cling film/shower cap and steam your hair.   12. hahaha - Thanks! I just had a piece of chocolate -- it tasted so amazing!! Good on you!!!! Its hard to always work out but just do whatever little things you can. I'm trying to walk around more at lunch time!
  13. Hey, I've been meat free for a month now (am still eating eggs though). But i've invested in protein shakes and bars for women (I guess the eggs help too). Holland and Barret have lots of stuff. Cottage Cheese (tastes crap though), Quinoa (its healthier than cous cous), pumpkin seeds and Almonds all have good levels of protein. Soy milk too supposedly! One thing I make and take to lunch is Quinoa with almonds and some spices...I add salad and nandos medium/garlic/wild herb) sauce for more flavour. - Light but high protein lunch
  14. I wish i'd read this before...I slipped on some ice - not happy! I heard that running/walking on incline is better for the back (just a tip) Dangle chocolate infront of me and I think i'll get faster results :0/
  15. Thats true. I just had a packet of crisps...and now I feel so bad :0( Got a long run with my friend planned tonight (by long I mean that we'll pass out after 20 minutes). Hows your working out going? Are you noticing any difference?
  16. Ah ok we def cant start a cycling group then! Well maybe you can get snow tyres with spikes?! Mind you...Canada has heavy snow doesnt it? We're used to like an inch of snow and lots of ice!! I'm struggling this week - I havent worked out since Sunday and I really want some chocolate today!!

  19. Oooo last day of eating crap then! Yeah google it. Its basically just changing your heart rate from one extreme to another. I've taken my before pic - Its def motivating me to work harder!
  20. I'm been jogging/running (trying out HIIT) and have lost around 5 pounds in 9 days I always have a max of 2 rotis but I think i'll lower this to one or stick to low carbs (cous cous/brown rice) I'm excited about being slim!!!! haha
