They have a contract, for a certain amount of years and they have said they will not re-new it after its finished. It should finish next year and they will be taken down........thats as far as what i found out but then again you cant always be sure they will stick to their word

Its has been mentioned before but the commitee realy didnt care bacause they get payed quite a fair bit for having them up there.
