Okayyy I Would not lie because I was also monah before for a long time... The first main reason of our Girls...Because My point of view is that Woman has an huge impact on the mentality of Men... Men do most of the things that make the women feel better... ,,Secondly ,,Punjabi Movies/songs...Thirdly , when you are sikh, You have some responsibilities towards the society and family that's why sikh guys try to avoid it....Fourthly,, The mentality has been drawn in such a way that " you re still a sikh if you don't follow the discipline.. As a result sikh people find it useless to keep hair especially Girls... Believe me its still not that hard to find a saabat soorat guy in cities of punjab...,,but its really hard to find a sikh girl who is wearing chunni on her head and salwar kameej.....Even you will see in many sikh families in cities sikh Guy is ordered to have natural growth but at the same time when you look at his any female family member she is allowed to have rebonding of her hair, facial make ups, allowed to go saloons , damn piercings etc etc.... when you will go to punjab youwill miss a gutt waali kudhi.........

hey... Gabriel.. I was same as like you... I was also monah (haircut).....I say you don't need to worry about this aspect "hair" for now. Because you are new you need to read only Gurbani ..Just sit down today and start.. as you move day by day your heart becomes pure and clean...and sikhi will be blooming from your body one day....I had never thought I would be a sikh some day.....but with Gurus blessings I felt to keep my unshorn hair and beard ..now I do wear turban....still not baptized but trying my best to achieve it.......best of luck and yeah one thing more please beware of hypocrite sikhs....They would not want you to be sikh and wil aways direct you in wrong way......

hehe its okay didi...udda b main dekhya agge kedha ithe sikhi di gal leke aunda va koi....fe ki janda ye tusi puch lya....and yeah it has also happened with me... there can be two errors first is server or technical error and second error is when sender does not know how to send voice messages or mails.. sometimes he/she gets confused nd does not know his/her voice is being recorded and sent. automatically .. so its not a big thing... its normal

here being learner I have seen most of the sikhs are hypocrite when it comes to castes/castenames.. bcz these people can lose sikhi but can't social status...

I am really depressed about this "caste issue".. As I take two steps ahead to be a complete sikh, I get such news of lower backward thinkers who claim themselves as Higher than others.. Instead of taking two steps ahead to sikhi I go back thousands of steps everytime. :no: I mean what the f*ck these sikhs always cry for they are different from Hindus? Indeed I don't see anything that is different than hindus... even on this forum I have seen people favoring castes/castenames. For a God sake please be open minded share the religion with others what you have...don't be selfish. ..otherwise don't hope for its existence in future.
